Claims (17)
- 原料ガスの入口である供給口と未分離ガスの出口である排出口とが設けられた内部空間を有する反応管と、その反応管の内部空間に挿入された分離管と、を具備し、
前記分離管は、特定の成分に対する選択的透過能を有する選択透過膜を、前記反応管の内部空間に現れる表面に備えるとともに、その選択透過膜を透過した分離ガスの出口である処理口を備え、
前記分離管を除いた前記反応管の内部空間に、化学反応を促進させる触媒作用を有する気孔構造のフォーム(foam)を備えるとともに、そのフォームが、複数に分割されて存在し、その複数のフォームの間に、前記供給口から前記反応管の内部空間に供給された原料ガスを攪拌して流れを乱す攪拌手段が設けられている選択透過膜型反応器。 - 触媒が、前記フォームを担体としてそれに担持されているか、又は、成形体として前記フォームを構成することにより、前記分離管を除いた反応管の内部空間に配設されている請求項1に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 触媒作用を有する前記フォームの気孔径が、50μm〜3mmである請求項1又は2に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 触媒作用を有する前記フォームの気孔率が50〜98%である請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 触媒作用を有する前記フォームが、アルミナ(Al2O3)、ジルコニア(ZrO2)、チタニア(TiO2)、ムライト(3Al2O3・2SiO2)、コージェライト(2MgO・2Al2O3・5SiO2)、炭化珪素(SiC)、金属珪素結合炭化珪素(Si−SiC)、窒化珪素(Si3N4)から選ばれるセラミック材料、又は、ニッケル(Ni)、鉄(Fe)、コバルト(Co)、銅(Cu)、銀(Ag)から選ばれる純金属材料、若しくは、ニッケル(Ni)−鉄(Fe)、ニッケル(Ni)−コバルト(Co)、ニッケル(Ni)−銅(Cu)、ステンレス、から選ばれる合金材料で形成される請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 触媒作用を有する前記フォームと、前記選択透過膜と、が非接触である請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 触媒作用を有する前記フォームと、前記選択透過膜と、の距離が、100μm〜20mmである請求項6に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 触媒作用を有する前記フォームは、前記反応管の内壁面と、前記選択透過膜と、の間において、前記供給口から前記排出口へ向けた方向と略垂直方向の長さが、1〜300mmである請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 前記攪拌手段が、複数備わる請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 複数備わる前記攪拌手段は、前記原料ガスの流れに対し略垂直に配設される整流板である請求項9に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 前記複数備わる攪拌手段を構成する整流板のうち、最も排出口側に備わる整流板には前記原料ガスを通過させる開口が形成されておらず、それ以外の整流板には前記原料ガスを通過させる開口が形成されている請求項10に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 最も排出口側に備わる整流板を除く整流板に形成されている前記開口が複数の円孔である請求項11に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 前記複数備わる攪拌手段を構成する全ての整流板に前記原料ガスを通過させる開口が形成されており、且つ、少なくとも隣接する整流板どうしにおいて前記開口が前記原料ガスの流れの方向で重ならないように設けられている請求項10に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 前記整流板と前記選択透過膜とが非接触である請求項10〜13の何れか一項に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 前記整流板と前記選択透過膜との距離が、100μm〜20mmである請求項14に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- 前記化学反応が、炭化水素及び/又は含酸素炭化水素を第一の原料ガスとして用い、水、二酸化炭素、及び酸素の何れか1又は2以上を第二の原料ガスとして用いる、水蒸気及び/又は二酸化炭素の改質反応、部分酸化反応、及び分解反応の何れかの化学反応であり、その化学反応を利用して、ガスの特定成分を生成させ得る選択透過膜型反応器であり、前記分離ガスが水素である請求項1〜15の何れか一項に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
- シクロヘキサンの炭化水素からの脱水素反応を利用して、特定成分のガスを生成させ得る選択透過膜型反応器であり、前記分離ガスが水素である請求項1〜15の何れか一項に記載の選択透過膜型反応器。
