Claims (13)
- 金属部品を熱化学的に処理する機械(1)であって、少なくとも1つの加熱セル(2)と、前記処理すべき部品の表面を増炭するための1つの増炭セル(3)と、前記部品の表面からコアに拡散させる1つの炭素拡散セル(4)と、少なくとも1つの硬化セル(5)とを備えてなり、前記セル(2、3、4)が、直列に連続して配置されるとともに、各セルで行われる処理の持続時間に適合した長さ(L)を有しており、前記機械が、前記部品をセルから次のセルへ輸送および移動させる機械的手段と、異なった連続処理工程の際に前記セルを相互に絶縁するための絶縁手段とをも備えてなり、
前記加熱セル(2)、前記増炭セル(3)、および前記炭素拡散セル(4)のそれぞれが、供給モジュール(10a)、低圧処理区域(14)、および排出モジュール(10b)を、縦軸に沿って連続的に備えてなり、前記加熱セル(2)、前記増炭セル(3)、および前記炭素拡散セル(4)から選ばれたセルの前記排出モジュール(10b)が、隣接するセルの前記供給モジュール(10a)に接続されており、前記供給モジュール(10a)および排出モジュール(10b)が、対応する前記セル(2、3、4)の前記処理区域(14)から熱的に絶縁された低温区域をそれぞれ形成し、前記輸送および移動させる機械的手段(18、19)が、前記セル(2、3、4)の前記供給モジュール(10a)および排出モジュール(10b)の中に配置されている、機械。 - 各セル(2、3、4)の縦軸(12)が、前記供給モジュール(10a)から、対応する排出モジュール(10b)に向けられており、各供給モジュール(10a)および排出モジュール(10b)が、前記モジュール(10a、10b)の、前記軸(12)と平行な壁上に位置する少なくとも1個のオリフィス、それぞれ供給オリフィス(16)および排出オリフィス(17)、を備えてなり、前記部品を各排出モジュール(10b)から対応する供給モジュール(10a)に輸送する手段(18)が、前記縦軸(12)に対して直角に作用する、請求項1に記載の機械。
- 少なくとも2つの連続するセル(2、3、4)の前記縦軸(12)が、同じ方向および/または反対の方向に平行である、請求項2に記載の機械。
- 前記セル(2、3、4)の前記長さ(L)が、前記セル(2、3、4)中で行われる処理サイクルの持続時間に適合するように、各セル(2、3、4)の前記処理区域(14)が、対応する数の、長さが等しい、直列に配置されたモジュール(13)から構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 前記増炭セル(3)に接続され、なおかつ前記加熱セル(2)および前記炭素拡散セル(4)から前記増炭セル(3)にガス流(F1)を発生させるように配置された、ガスポンプ輸送手段(7)を備えてなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 前記増炭セル(3)が、硬化ガスを中性ガスと交互に注入する手段を備えてなり、中性ガスを注入している間に、前記部品を輸送および移動させる手段(18、19)が起動され、前記部品を輸送する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 各処理セル(2、3、4)の前記絶縁手段(15)が、対応する供給モジュール(10a)および排出モジュール(10b)における低温区域に配置されており、前記処理区域(14)を前記供給モジュール(10a)および排出モジュール(10b)から熱的に絶縁する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 前記絶縁手段が、熱的に絶縁および冷却されたドア(15)である、請求項7に記載の機械。
- 前記加熱セル(2)の、前記増炭セル(3)の、および前記炭素拡散セル(4)の前記処理区域(14)が、低温壁を備えたモジュール(13)から構成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 前記炭素拡散セル(4)の前記処理区域(14)における温度が、前記加熱セル(2)および前記増炭セル(3)の前記処理区域(14)における温度と異なっている、請求項1〜9いずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 前記加熱セル(2)の上流に配置された対流予備加熱セルと、前記加熱セル(2)の前記供給モジュール(10a)と前記加熱セル(2)との間に設けられた圧力気密ドア(21)とを備えてなる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 前記硬化セル(5)の下流に焼戻しセルを備えてなる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 前記加熱セル(2)の上流に前記部品の洗浄セルを備えてなる、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
