Claims (3)
- 燃焼機器での燃料漏れによる可燃性ガスと不完全燃焼による不完全燃焼ガスとを検知する燃焼機器用ガス検出装置であって、検知用素子と、制御部とを具備し、
前記検知用素子は、高温で可燃性ガスに感応して電気的特性が変化すると共に低温で不完全燃焼ガスに感応して電気的特性が変化する感ガス体、及び前記感ガス体を加熱するためのヒータを備え、
前記制御部は、この燃焼機器用ガス検出装置によるガス検知開始時から一定期間、感ガス体が高温となるようにヒータへの通電を制御すると共にこの期間での感ガス体の電気的特性に基づいて可燃性ガスを検知する連続可燃性ガス検知動作を行い、続いて感ガス体が高温になる高温期間と低温となる低温期間とが所定周期で交互に生じるようにヒータへの通電を制御すると共に高温期間での感ガス体の電気的特性に基づいて可燃性ガスを、低温期間での感ガス体の電気的特性に基づいて不完全燃焼ガスをそれぞれ検知する周期的検知動作を行うことを特徴とする燃焼機器用ガス検出装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記ガス検知開始前に前記ヒータに通電すると共に、この通電開始時から感ガス体の電気的特性が安定するまでの間、感ガス体が高温となるようにヒータへの通電を制御する安定化動作を行い、続いてガス検知を開始する制御をすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃焼機器用ガス検出装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記ガス検知開始前に前記ヒータに通電すると共にこの通電時の感ガス体の電気的特性に基づいて故障診断を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃焼機器用ガス検出装置。
