Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ガスを吸着することによって電気抵抗が変化する金属酸
    化物半導体をガス検出素子に使用したガス検出装置にお
    いて、上記検出素子には特定のガスを検出するのに適当
    な低温度と吸着したガスを放出するのに適当な高温度と
    にパルス的に交互に加熱する手段とこの素子の低温加熱
    時の電気抵抗の変化を検出する手段とを設け、さらに上
    記加熱する手段には電源投入時にその高温度加熱時間を
    長時間にする手段が設けられたことを特徴とするガス検
    出装置。
