  1. ３線式抵抗体を用いた抵抗測定回路において、前記３線
    式抵抗体の一端に流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路と
    、前記３線式抵抗体の他端に前記電流検出回路で検出さ
    れた電流と同一の方向及び大きさの電流を流す電流源と
    を具えたことを特徴とする抵抗測定回路。
