  1. 温度を抵抗値変化に変換するサーミスタ、このサーミス
    タとリード線を保持するケースを備え前記サーミスタと
    リード線を前記ケースと熱的に伝導度の良好な伝え易い
    充てん剤にて固定したことを特徴とする温度測定装置。
