Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 温度に応じて抵抗値の変化する温度抵抗変換素
子と、この温度抵抗変換素子に並列接続された第
１の抵抗と、一端が当該温度抵抗変換素子と第１
の抵抗との共通接続部に接続され他端が基準電位
に接続された第２の抵抗とを有し、 前記温度抵抗変換素子の一端に所定の電圧を印
加して、当該温度抵抗変換素子の他端である共通
接続部に生ずる電位を温度検出信号とする温度検
出回路であつて、 基準電圧源と、 この基準電圧と前記温度検出信号との差信号を
所定の割合いで増幅する演算増幅手段とを設け、 この演算増幅手段の増幅率を前記温度抵抗変換
素子の温度係数よりも大きな温度勾配の出力信号
が得られるようにしたことを特徴とする温度検出
回路。
