    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体制御素子２のアノード４とゲート６間に可変抵抗
    器９と温度検知線１４を、且つカソード５にヒータ１３
    を夫々接続された温度制御装置を有し該可変抵抗器９と
    温度検知線１４との中点と該ヒーター１３との間に表示
    ランプ１６を接続して構成されたことを特徴とする面状
    採暖具の表示装置。
