Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 電源に直列接続された固定抵抗、可変抵抗及
びスイツチング素子と、 上記固定抵抗と可変抵抗の接続点に一端が接続
され、他端がコンデンサの一方の電極に接続され
た物理量測定センサと、 電気的信号を物理量情報に変換するテーブルを
内蔵し、上記コンデンサの一方の電極電位を物理
量情報に変換する検出回路と、 上記スイツチング素子のオン・オフを指令する
制御回路とを備えてなることを特徴とする物理量
測定回路。 ２ 前記物理量は温度であることを特徴とする請
求の範囲第１項記載の物理量測定回路。
