    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発熱体と、この発熱体への通電をスイッチングするスイ
    ッチング素子と、このスイッチング素子を温度信号と設
    定温度信号を比較して制御する制御回路と、前記温度信
    号を作り出す為のトランジスタと、このトランジスタが
    接続されるとともに、抵抗の温度係数の負なる材料から
    なる感温材を介して前記発熱体に電気接続された温度検
    知電極とを備え、前記トランジスタのペースエミッタ間
    にコンデンサを接続した面状採暖具。
