Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 定電圧回路の出力端に接続したサーミスタと抵抗からな
    る第１の直列回路と、この第１の直列回路に並列接続し
    た抵抗とコンデンサからなり前記サーミスタよりも時定
    数の大きな第２の直列回路と、前記第１の直列回路にお
    けるサーミスタと抵抗との接続点にアノードを接続し前
    記第２の直列回路における抵抗とコンデンサとの接続点
    にゲートを接続した第１の制御用スイッチ素子と、この
    第１の制御用スイッチ素子のオン動作に基いてオン動作
    する第１の検出用スイ′ツチ素子と、前記第１の直列回
    路に並列接続した抵抗とコンデンサからなり前記第２の
    直列回路よりも時定数の大きな第３の直列回路と、前記
    第１の直列回路における−　　　サーミスタと抵抗との
    接続点にアノードを接続し前記第３の直列回路における
    抵抗とコンデンサとの接続点にゲートを接続した第２の
    制御用スイッチ素子と、この第２の制御用スイッチ素子
    のオン動作に基いてオン動作する第２の検出用スイッチ
    素子とを備えた温度検出装置。
