負性抵抗ダイオードの特性を示す図、第３図は第１図に
示される例の動作の説明に供される波形図である。 図中、１，２は入力端子、４は定電圧回路、５はマイク
ロコンピュータ、６はＶＣＣ電源端子、７は０■電源端
子、８はリセット端子、９．１３゜１５は抵抗、１０は
コンデンサ、１１は充電回路、１２はトランジスタ（ス
イッチ素子）、１４は負性抵抗ダイオード、１６は可変
抵抗である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マイクロコンピュータへ動作電源電圧を供給する電源と
    、該電源の出力端に接続され、その出力側が上記マイク
    ロコンピュータのリセット端子に接続されたコンデンサ
    を含む充電回路部と、上記コンデンサの両端に並列接続
    されたスイッチ素子と、該スイッチ素子の制御端と上記
    電源の出力端との間に介在された負性抵抗ダイオードと
    からなるマイクロコンピュータのリセット回路。
