Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）発熱体２と、 該発熱体２への通電時期を規制するスイッチング素子３
    と、 スイッチング素子３の制御端子４に制御信号を印加して
    、スイッチング素子３の制御角を規制する制御部５とを
    備え、 制御部５は、温度検出部６とコンデンサ７とから積分回
    路８を構成し、該積分回路８の積分値に対応して制御信
    号を発生可能とするとともに、温度検出部６は、正およ
    び負特性のサーミスタ１０・１１を直列接続し、更に負
    特性のサーミスタ１１の表面を熱伝導率の低い部材２１
    で覆ってなる温度制御回路。
  2. （２）前記負特性のサーミスタ１１は、固定抵抗１９が
    並列接続されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の温度制御回路。
