Description
本発明による芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)は、ジフェノール類を、ホスゲン(phosgene)、ハロホーメート(haloformate)または炭酸ジエステル(diester carbonate)と反応させることによって製造されることができ、ここで、ジフェノール類は下記式1で表される。
上記の式1で表されるジフェノールの具体例としては、ハイドロキノン(hydroquinol)、レゾルシノール(resorcinol)、4,4'−ジヒドロキシジフェニル、2,2−ビス−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−プロパン、2,4−ビス−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−2−メチルブタン、1,1−ビス−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−シクロヘキサン、2,2−ビス−(3−クロロ−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−プロパン、2,2−ビス−(3,5−ジクロロ−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−プロパンなどを挙げることができる。
本発明に係るPMMA樹脂は、主成分としてメチルメタクリレートを含むホモポリマー、アルキルアクリレート群及びアルキルメタクリレート群のうち1種以上を含むコポリマー、またはこれらの混合物を含む。
本発明に使われるPET系樹脂は、耐摩耗性を向上させるだけでなく、組成物の燃焼時にポリカーボネート及びポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂との相関作用によって樹脂組成物全体の難燃性も改善させる役割を果たす。
本発明に使われる難燃剤は、典型的にはリン系難燃剤であり、特に芳香族リン酸エステル系化合物が好適である。
本発明では耐衝撃性の向上のために衝撃補強材を添加することができる。衝撃補強材としては、グラフト共重合体及びオレフィン系共重合体を挙げることができる。
本発明の実施例及び比較実施例で使われた基礎樹脂、難燃剤及び衝撃補強材の仕様は、下記の通りである。
日本の帝人化成株式会社のPanlite L−1225 Gradeを使用してPCを準備した。
韓国LG化学のPMMA IH 830 Gradeを使用して、PMMAを準備した。
PETGは、グリコール変性された非結晶性PET樹脂で、韓国SKケミカルで製造したSKY Green K2012 Gradeを使用して準備した。
本発明の実施例及び比較実施例で使われたリン酸エステル系化合物は、レゾルシノールビス(ジ−2,6−キシレニルホスフェート)で、日本の大八化学工業株式会社で製造したPX−200 Gradeを使用して準備した。
MRC社製であり、ブタジエンゴムへのメチルメタクリレートおよびスチレンのグラフト共重合によって得られたMetablen C223−A Gradeを使用して衝撃補強材を準備した。
米国デュポン(Dupont)社のテフロン(登録商標)7AJを使用して、滴下防止剤を準備した。
上記した(A)〜(D)の物質を表1に記載されている含量で混合したのち、通常の二軸押出機で220〜260℃の温度範囲で混合した物質を押し出し、ペレット状に樹脂コンパウンドを製造した。
Claims (7)
- (A)ポリカーボネート樹脂30〜90重量部、(B)ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂10〜50重量部、及び(C)ポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂5〜50重量部を含む基礎樹脂と、
前記基礎樹脂100重量部に対して(D)リン系難燃剤5〜30重量部と、
を含み、
前記(C)ポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂が、非結晶性ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂を含む、耐スクラッチ性を持つ難燃性の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記(D)前記リン系難燃剤が、下記の式で表される芳香族リン酸エステル系化合物である、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記基礎樹脂100重量部に対して1乃至30重量部の衝撃補強材をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記衝撃補強材が、ジエン系ゴム、アクリレート系ゴム及びシリコン系ゴムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1のゴム単量体を重合してゴム質重合体を形成した後に、グラフト共重合が可能なスチレン、アルファ(α)−メチルスチレン、アルキル置換スチレン、アクリロニトリル、メタクリロニトリル、メチルメタクリレート、無水マレイン酸、及びアルキルまたはフェニル核置換マレイミドからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1の単量体を前記ゴム質重合体にグラフトして製造されてなる、請求項3に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記衝撃補強材が、ブタジエンゴムにメチルメタクリレートおよびスチレンをグラフト共重合して製造された樹脂(MBS樹脂)である、請求項4に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 滴下防止剤、酸化防止剤、可塑剤、熱安定剤、光安定剤、相溶化剤、顔料、染料及び無機物添加剤からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の難燃性の樹脂組成物で製造された成形品。
