Description
図6及び7を参照すると、弁体18の第1の部分70は、弁要素を受ける複数の弁開口部を有する一次外壁40を含む。入口チャンバ72は、弁体の一次外壁40において該入口チャンバ72内へと至る第1の弁開口部94を有するとともに、入口フラッパ弁要素111を受ける。この入口フラッパ弁要素111は、内壁80を貫通して入口チャンバ72から容器入口チャンバ90へと至る第1の弁孔部93を選択的に開閉する。出口チャンバ74は、内壁80を貫通して容器出口チャンバ92内へと延在する第2の孔部95を有するとともに、一次外壁40内において第2の開口部96を有して、前記第2の孔部を通る水流を制御する出口フラッパ弁要素112を受ける。第3の一次外壁開口部98は、すすぎチャンバ82と連通するとともに、排水チャンバ76内へと至る第3の孔部97を選択的に開閉するすすぎフラッパ弁要素114を保持する。逆洗チャンバ84は、これもまた排水チャンバ76内へと至る第4の孔部99を有するとともに、前記孔部99を通る流れは、一次外壁40の第4の開口部101内に配置される逆洗フラッパ弁要素115により制御される。再生剤バルブ・チャンバ88は、内壁80を貫通して再生剤チャンバ86内に至る第5の孔部100を有する。この第5の孔部100は、前記一次外壁の第5の開口部103内において保持される再生剤フラッパ弁要素113によって開閉される。最後に、迂回チャンバ78は、内壁80を貫通して出口チャンバ74からの分岐流路79内へと至る第6の孔部102を有する。一次外壁を貫通する第6の開口部104が、第6の孔部102の上に延在する迂回フラッパ弁要素113用に設けられる。これらの各々のフラッパ弁要素111〜116は、図2に示された弁体の前側のカム軸46の異なるカム48によって制御される。
Claims (5)
- 第1の外側壁と第2の外側壁と第3の外側壁とを自身間に延在させた一次外壁及び二次外壁と;
水処理容器への接続のための流体用取付部とからなり、
前記第1の外側壁と前記第2の外側壁とを通って前記第3の外側壁に対して鋭角をなして延在して、以って弁体を、互いに当接して複数の内部流体流路を形成する第1の部分と第2の部分とに分ける継目を有し;
前記第1の部分は、未処理水入口と処理済み水出口と排水出口と再生剤コネクタとを有する前記二次外壁を含み;
前記第2の部分は、入口弁要素と出口弁要素とすすぎ弁要素と逆洗弁要素と再生剤弁要素とを受ける複数の開口部が貫通して延在する前記一次外壁を含む水処理装置用弁体。 - 前記流体用取付部は、前記第1の部分内に配置される請求項1に記載の弁体。
- 前記流体用取付部は、前記第2の部分内に配置される請求項1に記載の弁体。
- 第1の外側壁と第2の外側壁と第3の外側壁とを自身間に延在させた一次外壁及び二次外壁と;
水処理容器への接続のための流体用取付部とからなり、
前記第1の外側壁と前記第2の外側壁とを通って前記第3の外側壁に対して鋭角をなして延在して、以って弁体を、互いに当接して複数の内部流体流路を形成する第1の部分と第2の部分とに分ける継目を有し;
前記第1の部分は、未処理水入口と処理済み水出口と排水コネクタと再生剤コネクタとを有する前記二次外壁を含むとともに、前記二次外壁を貫通して延在して、入口弁要素と出口弁要素とすすぎ弁要素と逆洗弁要素と再生剤弁要素とを受ける複数の開口部を有し;
前記第2の部分は、前記一次外壁を含む水処理装置用弁体。 - 前記弁体は、迂回弁要素を受けるまた他の開口部をさらに含む請求項4に記載の水処理装置用弁体。
