Claims (6)
- 炭化珪素質基材が見掛け気孔率20.4%以上30.3%以下、かつ見掛け比重3.14以上3.18以下であり、前記炭化珪素質基材表層の炭化珪素結晶表面に二酸化珪素層が形成されたことを特徴とする炭化珪素質焼成用道具材。
- 前記二酸化珪素層は酸化処理により形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炭化珪素質焼成用道具材。
- 前記炭化珪素質基材の少なくとも被焼成物が載置される部分に、ZrO2およびAl2O3の少なくとも一方が被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の炭化珪素質焼成用道具材。
- 前記ZrO2およびAl2O3の少なくとも一方が溶射により被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の炭化珪素質焼成用道具材。
- 前記炭化珪素質基材の曲げ強度は60MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の炭化珪素質焼成用道具材。
- 前記炭化珪素質基材の見掛け気孔率は30%以上であり、かつ曲げ強度は35MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の炭化珪素質焼成用道具材。
