Description
米国特許第3828818号明細書には、球状の弁体が内部空間に配置されている流体制御弁が記載されている。流出開口は弁座により囲まれている。コイルが、磁場を発生させるべく作用し、磁場により弁体が流出開口を開放するように軸方向に弁座から離れる方向に移動する。
また米国特許第4880206号明細書には、コイルの作動時に弁体が流れの方向に軸方向に移動する、磁気的に制御された流体弁が記載されている。弁座は流入開口に配置されており、磁化可能ではない。
仏国特許出願公開第1298519号明細書には、管がコイルにより囲まれている流体弁が記載されている。管は一側に強磁性材料からなる限定された部分を有する。コイルの作動時に弁の球が弁座から離れる方向に吸引され、強磁性部分に横に引き寄せられる。弁座と同様に管は非磁性材料からなる。
Claims (8)
- 磁化可能な材料からなる少なくとも一つの壁(11)により画定され、その中に形成された流出開口を含む弁座(13)を有する内部空間(10)と、前記磁化可能な壁(11)内に延びる磁束で磁気回路を発生させる磁石装置(17)と、前記内部空間(10)内で移動すべく配置された弁体(15)とを備え、前記磁化可能な壁(11)は少なくとも一つの不連続部分を有し、それにより磁場を変形し、前記磁場を前記壁(11)から前記弁体(15)に向けて出す磁気作動弁において、
前記弁座(13)は磁化可能であり、前記壁(11)と共に前記磁気回路を形成し、前記磁束(25、26)は、前記壁(11)から前記弁体(15)及び前記弁座(13)を通って進み、前記流出開口(14)から離れる方向に横に前記弁体を引き寄せるために有効であることを特徴とする弁。 - 前記不連続部分は、前記弁体(15)が閉じる位置の高さで前記壁(11)に配置され、前記壁(11)の磁気伝導率より低い磁気伝導率を有する中間片(20)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記中間片(20、30)は非磁性材料からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の弁。
- 前記内部空間(10)は円形状をなし、前記弁座(13)は前記内部空間(10)に偏心して配置された弁開口(14)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の弁。
- 前記内部空間(10)は円形状をなし、前記磁化可能な壁(11)はその対向する側部に長さが異なる不連続部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の弁。
- 前記弁座(13)に設けられた前記弁開口(14)は、シーリングインサート(21)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の弁。
- 前記弁座(13)に設けられた前記弁開口(14)は、じょうご形状の受け口(35)により囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の弁。
- 複数の弁体(15a、15b、15c)が前記同一の弁座(13)と協働するために配置されており、前記各弁体は、閉じられた位置にあるとき前記内部空間(10)内に偏心して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の弁。
