高密度ポリエチレン87質量部、エチレン・アクリル酸エチル共重合体(EEA)13質量部、およびケッチェンブラック6質量部を加圧ニーダを用いて均一に混練して導電性樹脂組成物を得た。
配合成分および配合量を表1に示すように変えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして導電性樹脂組成物を得、さらに、得られた導電性樹脂組成物を用いて実施例1と同様にして電力ケーブルを製造した。
導電性樹脂組成物を180℃で5分間プレス成形して1mm厚の試験片を作成し、この試験片についてJIS K 7113に準拠して、引張速度50mm/分で測定した。
上記と同様にして作製した1mm厚さの試験シート上にφ50mmの電極を載せ、デジタルマルチメータにて測定した。
銅導体上に導電性樹脂組成物を0.5mm厚に押出被覆して絶縁電線を得、この絶縁電線について、スクレープ摩耗試験機(東洋精機製作所製)を用い、導体が露出するまでの回数を測定した。
導電性樹脂組成物を押し出した際の状況から下記の基準で評価した。
◎:円滑に押出被覆可能
○:押出被覆可能(実用上、問題なし)
×:押出被覆が困難
面取り加工(半径0.3mm)したエッジを持つ竹べらをケーブルに手で押し付けながら長さ方向に移動させ、竹べらに被覆が付着乃至堆積した場合を×(不良)、付着乃至堆積しなかった場合を○(良好)として評価した。
Claims (8)
- (A)密度0.910〜0.960g/cm3、MFR(JIS K 7210;190℃、2.16kg)0.10〜0.30g/10分のポリエチレン85〜95質量%および(B)エチレン系共重合体5〜15質量%からなるベースポリマー100質量部に対し、(C)粒子径25〜45nmの導電性カーボンブラック5〜20質量部を含有することを特徴とする電力ケーブル防食層被覆用導電性樹脂組成物。
- (A)成分90〜95質量%および(B)成分5〜10質量%からなるベースポリマー100質量部に対し、(C)成分5〜10質量部を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力ケーブル防食層被覆用導電性樹脂組成物。
- (B)成分のエチレン系共重合体は、エチレン・ビニルエステル共重合体およびエチレン・アクリル酸エステル共重合体から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電力ケーブル防食層被覆用導電性樹脂組成物。
- (B)成分のエチレン系共重合体は、アクリル酸エステル含有量10〜40質量%、MFR(JIS K 7210;190℃、2.16kg)2.00〜6.00g/10分のエチレン・アクリル酸エステル共重合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の電力ケーブル防食層被覆用導電性樹脂組成物。
- エチレン・アクリル酸エステル共重合体は、エチレン・アクリル酸エチル共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電力ケーブル防食層被覆用導電性樹脂組成物。
- (C)成分の導電性カーボンブラックは、ケッチェンブラックであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の電力ケーブル防食層被覆用導電性樹脂組成物。
- 防食層を備えた電力ケーブルであって、
前記防食層上に、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の電力ケーブル防食層被覆用導電性樹脂組成物からなる表面導電層を有することを特徴とする電力ケーブル。 - 前記防食層は、ポリエチレン樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項7記載の電力ケーブル。
