Description
アルミニウム製電池ケース:Li+Al→LiAl
このように、アルミニウム製電池ケース上において、負極に吸蔵されているリチウムとアルミニウム電池ケースとの合金化反応が進行し、電池容量の低下や電池ケースの腐食にともなう電解液の漏れが発生する。
そして、電解液中のFe3+イオンの濃度が高まり、その影響で、電解液中のLi+イオンが正極活物質中に吸蔵され、結果的に正極活物質が放電することになり、容量が減少するものと推定される。また、電池ケース上においては、電池ケースの溶解反応が進行し、電池ケースの腐食にともなう電解液の漏れが発生するという問題が生じていた。
[実施例1]
図1は、実施例1の非水電解質二次電池の正極端子を示す部分拡大縦断面図である。なお、図1において、図6に示した従来例と同様の機能を有する構成部材には同じ番号を付記する。また、12は樹脂皮膜である。
正極端子の絶縁筒の電池外表面側に塗布した、カーボンを添加したポリアミドイミド樹脂のカーボン量を調整して、電解液注液前の電池における正極端子と電池ケース間の抵抗値を10kΩとしたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、実施例2の非水電解質二次電池を製作した。
正極端子の絶縁筒の電池外表面側に塗布した、カーボンを添加したポリアミドイミド樹脂のカーボン量を調整して、電解液注液前の電池における正極端子と電池ケース間の抵抗値を100Ωとしたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、実施例3の非水電解質二次電池を製作した。
正極端子の絶縁筒の電池外表面側に塗布した、カーボンを添加したポリアミドイミド樹脂のカーボン量を調整して、電解液注液前の電池における正極端子と電池ケース間の抵抗値を10Ωとしたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、実施例4の非水電解質二次電池を製作した。

正極端子と電池ケースとの間に絶縁筒を用いず、アルミニウム製の正極端子をアルミニウム合金製の電池ケースに直接溶接したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、比較例3の電池を製作した。
図2は、実施例6の非水電解質二次電池の正極端子を示す部分拡大縦断面図である。なお、図2において、図6に示したものと同様の機能を有する構成部材には同じ番号を付記する。また、10は端子固定筒である。
図3は本発明の実施例7を示すものであって、非水電解質二次電池の端子を示す部分拡大縦断面図である。なお、図3において、4は正極端子、7は端子支持板、11は半導性樹脂パッキン、14は正極リードである。
図4は本発明の実施例8を示すものであって、非水電解質二次電池の端子を示す部分拡大縦断面図である。なお、図4において、図3に示したものと同様の機能を有する構成部材には同じ番号を付記する。また、13はO−リングである。

Claims (3)
- アルミニウムを含む電池ケースに、金属製の正・負極端子がそれぞれ封止固定された非水電解質電池において、前記負極端子と前記電池ケース間は絶縁されており、
前記正極端子が絶縁体を介して前記電池ケースに封止固定され、前記絶縁体表面に導電性皮膜を備えることによって前記正極端子と前記電池ケース間の抵抗を1Ω〜1MΩとしたことを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池。 - 鉄を含む電池ケースに、金属製の正・負極端子がそれぞれ封止固定された非水電解質電池において、前記正極端子と前記電池ケース間は絶縁されており、前記負極端子と前記電池ケース間が1Ω〜1MΩの抵抗を介して接続されていることを特徴とする非水電解質電池。
- 前記負極端子が絶縁体を介して前記電池ケースに封止固定され、前記絶縁体表面に導電性皮膜を備えることによって前記負極端子と前記電池ケース間の抵抗を1Ω〜1MΩとしたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の非水電解質二次電池。
