Claims (6)
- 排気管を車体に懸吊するリング状のゴム弾性体からなり、該ゴム弾性体の上部に、車体側の支持部が取り付けられる、該ゴム弾性体の軸方向に延びる上側取付孔を有して設けられた上側取付部と、該ゴム弾性体の該上側取付部が設けられる上部とは対称的に位置する下部に、排気管側の支持部が取り付けられる、該ゴム弾性体の軸方向に延びる下側取付孔を有して設けられた下側取付部と、上下方向に延出して、該上側取付部と該下側取付部とを相互に連結する一対のアーム部とを含んで構成された排気管支持装置において、
前記一対のアーム部のそれぞれの外周面に、所定高さで突出する第一の補強リブを、該アーム部の内周面の前記上側取付部への連結位置と該上側取付部の前記上側取付孔の中心位置よりも上側に位置する該アーム部の上部部位から、該アーム部の内周面の前記下側取付部への連結位置と該下側取付部の前記下側取付孔の中心位置よりも下側に位置する該アーム部の下部部位まで連続して延びるように、一体形成すると共に、前記一対のアーム部の側面に、最大高さが該アーム部の幅に対して10〜50%の範囲内となるように突出する第二の補強リブを、それぞれ、該アーム部の延出方向に連続して延びるように一体形成したことを特徴とする排気管支持装置。 - 前記第一の補強リブが、延出方向の両端から中央部に向かって徐々に高くなる突出高さを有している請求項1に記載の排気管支持装置。
- 前記第一の補強リブの突出端が、該第一の補強リブの延出方向の一端から他端に向かって、局部的な凹凸のない滑らかな曲線を描いて延びる形態とされている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の排気管支持装置。
- 前記第一の補強リブが、角部のない逆U字状又は山形状の断面形状を有している請求項1乃至請求項3のうちの何れか1項に記載の排気管支持装置。
- 前記第一の補強リブが、前記アーム部の外周面の幅方向の中央部に一つだけ一体形成されている請求項1乃至請求項4のうちの何れか1項に記載の排気管支持装置。
- 前記第二の補強リブが、先端に向かって次第に細くなる山形断面形状とされると共に、先端面が角部のない凸状湾曲面とされている請求項1乃至請求項5のうちの何れか1項に記載の排気管支持装置。
