Description
円柱側面の一部である曲面形状に形成された第1ストッパ面または第2ストッパ面は、第1ストッパ面または第2ストッパ面の軸方向と直交して延在する突条状の第2突部を備えている。第2突部は、対向するストッパ面へ向かって突出するので、第1ストッパ面および第2ストッパ面の当接時および離着時の非線形特性をさらに顕著にすることができる。よって、ストッパ面の当接時または離着時に生じる異音の抑制効果を向上できる。
また、第2突部は、第1ストッパ面または第2ストッパ面の軸方向と直交して延在するので、第1ストッパ面および第2ストッパ面が軸直角方向へ相対変位した場合も、第2突部による非線形特性を得ることができる効果がある。

Claims (3)
- 排気管を弾性支持するゴム状弾性体製のインシュレータにおいて、
車体側に係合する第1取付孔が形成される第1部分と、
前記第1部分と離隔して配置されると共に排気管側に係合する第2取付孔が形成される第2部分と、
前記第2部分および前記第1部分を連結すると共に互いに内側を向く内側ストッパ面が形成される一対の連結部と、
前記一対の連結部の内側ストッパ面と間をあけて前記第1部分および前記第2部分にそれぞれ形成されると共に互いに対向する第1ストッパ面および第2ストッパ面とを備え、
前記第1ストッパ面および前記第2ストッパ面は、少なくとも一方が、円柱側面の一部である曲面形状に形成され、
円柱側面の一部である曲面形状に形成された前記第1ストッパ面または前記第2ストッパ面は、前記第1ストッパ面または前記第2ストッパ面の軸方向と直交して延在しつつ対向するストッパ面へ向かって突出する突条状の第2突部を備えていることを特徴とするインシュレータ。 - 円柱側面の一部である曲面形状に形成された前記第1ストッパ面または前記第2ストッパ面は、前記第1ストッパ面または前記第2ストッパ面の軸方向と平行に延在しつつ対向するストッパ面へ向かって突出する突条状の第1突部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のインシュレータ。
- 前記第1ストッパ面および前記第2ストッパ面は、円柱側面の一部である曲面形状に形成され、
前記第1突部は、前記第1ストッパ面および前記第2ストッパ面のうち、対向する前記第1ストッパ面または前記第2ストッパ面に最も近い部分からそれぞれ突出すると共に、前記第1突部が設けられる前記第1ストッパ面または前記第2ストッパ面の曲率よりも曲率が大きい半円柱状の断面形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のインシュレータ。
