Description
Claims (8)
- 鎖伝動であって、
互いに一定の間隔(p)をとっている並行な旋回軸(H)の周りを互いに回転できるヒンジ接合によって互いに結合されたリンク(5)を備えたチェーン(2)と、
前記旋回軸に対して平行な回転軸を備えた回転自在な歯車(3A)と、
前記歯車に対して回転方向に前記旋回軸の位置を合わせる駆動手段と、
前記歯車が一定の速度で回転するとき、旋回軸が、前記歯車からある距離で、常に一定の速度となるように、湾曲軌道(B)に沿って前記旋回軸を誘導する誘導装置(10A、10B)とを有し、
支持面(n)が、連続するリンク(5)の端部にそれぞれあり、各支持面が、リンク(5)の一端に近接して位置し、
前記誘導装置は、前記歯車(3A)と共に回転し且つ前記回転軸の周りを回転する円筒形壁面を有する回転自在な円筒形支持体(10B)であって、前記支持面と相互に作用する回転自在な円筒形支持体(10B)を有し、前記支持面の形状が前記湾曲軌道(B)および前記回転自在な円筒形支持体の半径によって決定され、
前記支持面は、前記リンクの1つの支持面が前記回転自在な支持体に対する前記リンクの回転中に前記回転自在な円筒形支持体に対して支えられているとき、前記回転軸とリンクの各旋回軸(H)との距離が変化する一方、前記リンクが前記歯車と完全に接触して支えられて前記リンクの両方の旋回軸(H)が同一の円形軌道をたどるとき、前記リンクが前記回転軸の周りを回転するように形作られることを特徴とする鎖伝動。 - 前記誘導装置は、前記円筒形回転支持体(10B)と前記正面支持面(n)とが接触する前、及び/又は前記背面支持面(n)が接触する後に、前記リンク(5)を誘導するための固定誘導装置(10A)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鎖伝動。
- 前記固定誘導装置(10A)は、前記歯車(3A)に近接して、前記リンク(5)を直線軌道に誘導することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の鎖伝動。
- 前記旋回軸(H)は、前記歯車(3A)に近接して、前記固定誘導装置(10A)と前記円筒形回転支持体(10B)とによって同時に支えることができることを特徴とする、請求項2あるいは3に記載の鎖伝動。
- 前記駆動手段は、突起(12)と溝(13)とを有し、前記突起もしくは前記溝はリンク(5)の外周の部分を形成し、それぞれ前記溝もしくは突起との噛み合いが可能になり、円筒形壁面上に配置され、前記歯車(3A)の前記回転軸の周りを回転することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の鎖伝動。
- 前記リンク(5)の部分を形成する前記突起(12)もしくは溝(13)は、支持面(n)の間の中央に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の鎖伝動。
- 前記チェーン(2)は、交互に配置された第1リンク(5A)と第2リンク(5B)とで構成され、該チェーンにおいて前記突起(12)もしくは溝(13)は、前記第1リンク(5A)あるいは第2リンク(5B)の上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5あるいは6に記載の鎖伝動。
- 前記チェーン(2)は、交互に配置された第1リンク(5A)と第2リンク(5B)とで構成され、前記ヒンジは、前記第1リンクの連結板(21)の穴(14)と、前記穴(14)内に嵌め込まれるように前記第2リンクの1つ若しくは複数の連結板(20)を変形して形成されるジャーナル(15)とで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の鎖伝動。
