Claims (13)
- ゴム状弾性体でなる振動減衰部と、該振動減衰部より突出する取付挿入部と、を備えており、電子機器の内部で振動を発生する電子部品に形成した取付孔に取付挿入部を挿入して電子部品を弾性支持するダンパーにおいて、
取付挿入部が該取付挿入部の形状を保持するE硬度が70以上の硬質部と、振動減衰部に連続し、前記取付孔に挿入したときには圧縮されるE硬度が50以下の軟質部と、を備え、取付挿入部の側面に凸状の適合突起を設け、その取付挿入部の外径を前記取付孔の内径以上の大きさとすることで、適合突起の頂が取付孔の内周面に接するようにしたことを特徴とするダンパー。 - 適合突起が前記軟質部であり、取付挿入部の挿入方向に沿って連続して山状に盛り上がっている請求項1記載のダンパー。
- 適合突起が前記硬質部であり、取付挿入部の挿入方向に沿って連続して山状に盛り上がっている請求項1記載のダンパー。
- 取付挿入部の外径が取付孔の内径と同等、または0.6mm以下の範囲で大きい請求項1〜請求項3何れか1項記載のダンパー。
- 軟質部が取付挿入部の側面を形成する請求項1〜請求項4何れか1項記載のダンパー。
- 取付挿入部が、振動減衰部より剛性を有する硬質部でなる請求項1〜請求項5何れか1項記載のダンパー。
- 硬質部が、電子部品に設けられた係合部と係合する係止部を有する請求項1〜請求項6何れか1項記載のダンパー。
- 振動減衰部が、取付挿入部を有する面の反対面に電子機器の内部と接する接点部を備える請求項1〜請求項7何れか1項記載のダンパー。
- 接点部が硬質樹脂でなる請求項8記載のダンパー。
- 振動減衰部が電子機器の内部と接する突片部を有する請求項1〜請求項9何れか1項記載のダンパー。
- 硬質部が導電性を有するとともに電子部品と接触する接続部を有しており、
振動減衰部が、電子機器の内部と接する導電性の突片部と、該硬質部と該突片部とを電気的に接続し硬質部から伝わる振動を緩衝する導電性の緩衝部と、を有する請求項1〜請求項10何れか1項記載のダンパー。 - 電子機器の内部で振動を発生する電子部品において、
外面に取付孔を設け、この取付孔に請求項1〜請求項11何れか1項記載のダンパーの取付挿入部を挿入して、外面に該ダンパーの振動減衰部を備えることを特徴とする電子部品。 - 筐体の内部に振動を発生する電子部品を備える電子機器において、
外面に取付孔を設け、この取付孔に請求項1〜請求項11何れか1項記載のダンパーの取付挿入部を挿入して該ダンパーを装着し、筐体の内部に該ダンパーの振動減衰部により弾性支持される電子部品を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
