Description
実施の形態1.
実施の形態1は、本発明に係る2軸ヒンジ機構を車両の車室内天井面に設置されるモニタ装置に適用したものである。図1A−図1Dは、実施の形態1に係る2軸ヒンジ機構10を備えたモニタ装置1の一連の回転および開閉動作を示す図である。図1Aはモニタ3がモニタ収納ケース2に収納されている状態を示す斜視図、図1Bはその断面図である。図1Cはモニタ3を120°開いた状態の斜視図、図1Dはモニタ3を90°開いた状態の斜視図である。
Claims (12)
- 本体装置に対してモニタを第1軸を中心に開閉自在とするモニタ開閉機構と、前記第1軸に対し開方向に回転された前記モニタを、前記第1軸と直交する第2軸を中心に回転可能とするモニタ回転機構とから構成される2軸ヒンジ機構に、前記本体装置と前記モニタ間の電気的接続のためのFPCを固定するFPC固定構造において、
前記モニタ回転機構は、
一端が前記モニタ側に固定され、他端が前記モニタ開閉機構のベースに前記第2軸を中心に回転可能に支持された円筒状のボスと、
前記ボス内に固定されて前記モニタ開閉機構のベースから突出すると共に前記ベース側の端面に挿入口を有し、前記FPCを当該挿入口から前記モニタ側へ挿通して前記第2軸上に直線的に保持するFPC固定部材と、
前記FPC固定部材の前記挿入口が設けられた一端側から前記第2軸と直交する方向に引き出された前記FPCを、前記第2軸外で湾曲させてたわみ代をもたせて前記ベースに固定するFPC配線固定部とを備えたことを特徴とする2軸ヒンジ機構のFPC固定構造。 - FPC固定部材のベース側の外周面に形成した凸部形状の当接部と、
前記ベースに固定され、モニタと一体に回転する前記当接部に当接することにより前記モニタの回転角度を検知する回転位置検知手段とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の2軸ヒンジ機構のFPC固定構造。 - FPCは、FPC固定部材に挿入される位置に、前記FPC固定部材の挿入口の幅より広い幅広部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の2軸ヒンジ機構のFPC固定構造。
- FPC固定部材は、ベース側の外周面に、前記挿入口と通じた開口部を有し、
前記開口部は、前記FPC固定部材内部で第2軸と直交する方向に折り曲げられたFPCを引き出すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の2軸ヒンジ機構のFPC固定構造。 - FPC固定部材の挿入口は、テーパ状の開口形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の2軸ヒンジ機構のFPC固定構造。
- FPC固定部材の開口部と挿入口の間に、FPCの前記開口部から前記挿入口への移動を規制する凸部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の2軸ヒンジ機構のFPC固定構造。
- FPC固定部材の開口部と挿入口の間に、FPCの前記開口部から前記挿入口への移動を規制する凸部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の2軸ヒンジ機構のFPC固定構造。
- FPC固定部材の開口部と挿入口の間に設けた凸部は、先細り形状であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の2軸ヒンジ機構のFPC固定構造。
- FPC固定部材の開口部と挿入口の間に設けた凸部は、先細り形状であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の2軸ヒンジ機構のFPC固定構造。
- FPC配線固定部は、FPC固定部材から引き出されたFPCのたわみ代に当接して湾曲形状を保持するFPC支持部材を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の2軸ヒンジ機構のFPC固定構造。
- FPCは、U字形状とし、
当該FPCのU字形状の片側の直線部をたわみ代に用いてモニタ回転機構の回転屈曲部とし、もう一方の片側の直線部をFPC配線固定部から本体装置側へ引き出してモニタ開閉機構の開閉屈曲部とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の2軸ヒンジ機構のFPC固定構造。 - FPCは、圧延銅を用いたパターン線を有し、
前記FPCは、前記パターン線の圧延方向が回転屈曲部および開閉屈曲部の屈曲方向と同一になるよう、折り曲げによりU字形状からL字形状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項11記載の2軸ヒンジ機構のFPC固定構造。
