次に、高含水比の浚渫土からなる軟弱土に対して、クリンカアッシュを添加すると共にセメントからなる固化材と、必要に応じてフライアッシュからなる固化助剤を添加混合させて固化処理した試験例を示す。
図10及び図11には、軟弱土に対して、クリンカアッシュを50%となるように(軟弱土:クリンカアッシュ=1:1)で添加し、その総量に対して、セメントを50kg/m3と、フライアッシュ40〜230kg/m3とを添加した場合の材令7日の一軸圧縮強度及び材令7日と材令28日の一軸圧縮強度の強度比(材令28日強度/材令7日強度)をそれぞれ示す。
Claims (6)
- 軟弱土をクリンカアッシュ及び水砕スラグから選択される少なくとも一種の無機良質材料と混合するに際し、所望のフロー値を維持する割合となる添加量で前記無機良質材料を軟弱土に添加して圧送経路に圧送し、さらに、圧送経路内に固化材を添加し、圧送経路内に、軟弱土および無機良質材料が十分に混合されていない状態に乱流を生じさせる乱流形成手段と、軟弱土および無機良質材料が十分に混合されていない状態に乱流を生じさせる噴流形成手段とを設け、前記乱流形成手段は流路の下側の一部を仕切る仕切板であり、軟弱土および無機良質材料が添加されて仕切板をオーバーフローする時に生じる乱流により、軟弱土および無機良質材料が混合されるものとし、前記噴流形成手段は流路に配されるラダー状の複数の板材であり、軟弱土および無機良質材料が添加されて板材の隙間を流通する時に生じる噴流により、軟弱土および無機良質材料が混合されるものとし、圧送経路内で添加混合することを特徴とする軟弱土の固化処理方法。
- 請求項1に記載の軟弱土の固化処理方法において、前記無機良質材料の添加量は、所望のフロー値を維持する割合を決定した後は、軟弱土の含水比に関係なく一定とすることを特徴とする軟弱土の固化処理方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の軟弱土の固化処理方法において、前記無機良質材料の添加量は、重量比で10%〜70%となる量であることを特徴とする軟弱土の固化処理方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の軟弱土の固化処理方法において、前記固化材の添加量は、軟弱土及び前記無機良質材料の総量m 3 に対して30〜100kgであることを特徴とする軟弱土の固化処理方法。
- 請求項4に記載の軟弱土の固化処理方法において、前記固化材の添加量は、配合強度が250〜100kN/m2となるように設定することを特徴とする軟弱土の固化処理方法。
- 請求項4または5に記載の軟弱土の固化処理方法において、固化助材として、フライアッシュを、軟弱土及び添加材の総量m 3 に対して30〜90kg添加することを特徴とする軟弱土の固化処理方法。
