Claims (2)
- イメージングシステム(50)で使用するための検出器モジュール(10)であって、
X線信号(12)を受信し、該X線信号を対応する電気信号に変換するように構成された少なくとも1つのセンサアレイ(14)と、
前記電気信号を対応するデジタル信号(20)に変換するように構成された少なくとも1つの電子装置(18)と、
前記センサアレイと前記電子装置とを結合するスイッチング回路(16)と、
を備え、
前記スイッチング回路が、前記センサアレイの底面と前記電子装置の上面の間に配置され、前記電気信号を前記センサアレイから前記電子装置にルーティングするように構成され、前記スイッチング回路、前記センサアレイ、及び前記電子装置が一体化された構造体を形成し、
前記スイッチング回路が、第1の側面(26)及び第2の側面(30)から構成されるインターポーザー回路を含み、前記インターポーザー回路が前記センサアレイと前記電子装置との間に配置され、前記センサアレイを前記電子装置に結合するように構成され、前記インターポーザー回路の第1の側面が少なくとも1つのコンタクトパッド(28)を含み、前記第1の側面が前記センサアレイに前記インターポーザーを結合するよう構成され、前記第2の側面が少なくとも1つの電気的スイッチ(34)を含み、該第2の側面が前記インターポーザーを前記電子装置に結合して前記センサアレイからの電気信号を前記電子装置にルーティングするように構成されており、
前記インターポーザー回路の下に配置されるフレキシブルプリント回路(42)であって、前記電子装置(18)が、該フレキシブルプリント回路(42)の前記インターポーザー回路が配置される面と同じ面上に配置される、フレキシブルプリント回路(42)と、
前記スイッチング回路(16)を機械的に支持するバックプレーン(44)と、
前記バックプレーン(44)と共に前記電子装置(18)を機械的に支持するクランプ(46)と、
前記第1の側面と前記第2の側面とを電気的に結合するよう構成された貫通ビア(40)を更に備え、
前記フレキシブルプリント回路(42)が前記スイッチング回路(16)の下に「C」字形に配置され、前記電子装置(18)が前記スイッチング回路(16)、前記バックプレーン(44)及び、前記フレキシブルプリント回路(42)の下に配置されることを特徴とする検出器モジュール。 - 前記インターポーザーの下部表面に配置されたフレキシブルプリント回路(42)又はフレキシブルインターコネクションを更に備え、前記電子装置が該フレキシブルプリント回路上に実装される請求項1に記載の検出器。
