Description
Claims (5)
- 太陽電池を構成するシリコン半導体基板(1)の上に電極(8)を形成するために用いられるペースト組成物であって、アルミニウム粉末と、有機質ビヒクルと、水酸化物とを含む、ペースト組成物。
- 前記水酸化物は、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、水酸化カルシウム、水酸化ストロンチウムおよび水酸化バリウムからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載のペースト組成物。
- 前記水酸化物を0.1質量%以上25.0質量%以下含む、請求項1に記載のペースト組成物。
- ガラスフリットをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のペースト組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のペースト組成物をシリコン半導体基板(1)の上に塗布した後、焼成することにより形成した電極(8)を備えた、太陽電池素子。
