Claims (5)
- 樹脂製ケースと樹脂製カバーとを振動溶着する際に生じたバリが、前記樹脂製ケース及び前記樹脂製カバーで囲繞された内部空間側に漏れ出すのを防止する樹脂製ケースと樹脂製カバーとの振動溶着構造であって、
前記樹脂製ケースと前記樹脂製カバーとの溶着部は、
前記樹脂製ケース及び前記樹脂製カバーにそれぞれ突設した突状部同士が相互に振動溶着されて接合部が形成されるとともに、該接合部の前記内部空間側にこれと間隙を空けて内側バリ隠し壁が配置され、さらに前記接合部と前記内側バリ隠し壁との前記間隙に、これら双方と間隙を空けて中間バリ隠し壁が配置され、
前記内側バリ隠し壁は、前記樹脂製カバーから前記樹脂製ケース側に向けて延設され、前記樹脂製ケースに当接し、
前記中間バリ隠しは、前記樹脂製ケースから前記樹脂製カバー側に向けて延設され、前記樹脂製カバーに当接していることを特徴とする樹脂製ケースと樹脂製カバーとの振動溶着構造。 - 請求項1において、
前記突状部同士は、相互に溶着面積が異なることを特徴とする樹脂製ケースと樹脂製カバーとの振動溶着構造。 - 請求項2において、
前記突状部のうち前記溶着面積が小さい方の接合面に、断面略V字状の切込部を設けたことを特徴とする樹脂製ケースと樹脂製カバーとの振動溶着構造。 - 樹脂製ケースと樹脂製カバーとを振動溶着する際に生じたバリが、前記樹脂製ケース及び前記樹脂製カバーで囲繞された内部空間側に漏れ出すのを防止する樹脂製ケースと樹脂製カバーとの振動溶着構造であって、
前記樹脂製ケースと前記樹脂製カバーとの溶着部は、
前記樹脂製ケース及び前記樹脂製カバーにそれぞれ突設した突状部同士が相互に振動溶着されて接合部が形成されるとともに、該接合部の前記内部空間側にこれと間隙を空けて内側バリ隠し壁が配置され、
前記突状部同士は、相互に溶着面積が異なり、前記内側バリ隠し壁は、前記樹脂製ケース若しくは前記樹脂製カバーのうち前記溶着面積が大きい一方から前記溶着面積が小さい他方側に向けて延設され、その先端部が前記溶着面積が小さい他方に当接するように構成されており、
さらに前記接合部と前記内側バリ隠し壁との前記間隙には、これら双方と間隙を空けて中間バリ隠し壁が配置され、該中間バリ隠し壁は、前記樹脂製ケース若しくは前記樹脂製カバーのうち前記溶着面積が小さい他方から前記溶着面積が大きい一方側に向けて延設され、その先端部が前記溶着面積が大きい一方に当接するように構成されていることを特徴とする樹脂製ケースと樹脂製カバーとの振動溶着構造。 - 請求項4において、
前記突状部のうち前記溶着面積が小さい方の接合面に、断面略V字状の切込部を設けるとともに、前記突状部同士を当接させた際に、前記溶着面積が大きい方の接合面と前記溶着面積が小さい方の接合面との間に空隙が形成されるようにしたことを特徴とする樹脂製ケースと樹脂製カバーとの振動溶着構造。
