Description
たとえば、モータ損失が出力トルクの2乗の比例値を超えて増大する高トルク領域365とリンクさせて、トルク制限値T2,−T2(たとえば、|T2|=Tth)を設定すれば、モータ温度上昇が著しい場面で、発熱が増大する高トルク領域365でのモータ運転を回避させて、モータ温度の上昇をさらに効果的に抑制することができる。
図9は、本発明の実施の形態の変形例によるモータ温度に応じた出力トルク制限の特性を説明する概念図である。
Claims (10)
- モータの温度を検出する温度検出手段と、
前記温度検出手段により検出されたモータ温度に基づき前記モータの出力トルクを制限するトルク制限手段とを備え、
前記トルク制限手段は、前記モータの温度を上限許容温度未満に抑制するためにトルク制限の開始が必要となるトルク制限必要温度を前記モータ温度が超える領域では、前記出力トルクに第1の制限を加え、前記モータ温度が前記トルク制限必要温度未満ではあるが前記トルク制限必要温度よりも低く設定された所定温度以上である領域では、前記出力トルクに前記第1の制限よりも緩い第2の制限を加え、前記モータ温度が前記所定温度未満である領域では、前記出力トルクに制限を加えない、モータ駆動制御装置。 - 前記トルク制限必要温度は、前記モータの上限限界温度および前記モータの冷却能力に対応して設定され、
前記所定温度は、前記モータの通常負荷運転状態での到達温度に対応して設定される、請求項1に記載のモータ駆動制御装置。 - 前記トルク制限手段は、さらに、前記モータ温度が、前記上限許容温度以上である領域では、前記モータのトルク出力を禁止し、
前記第1の制限によるトルク制限量は、前記トルク制限必要温度および前記上限許容温度の間の温度領域で、前記モータ温度の上昇に従って徐々に大きくされる、請求項1または2記載のモータ駆動制御装置。 - 前記第2の制限によるトルク制限量は、前記所定温度および前記トルク制限必要温度の間の温度領域で、一定に維持される、請求項1または2記載のモータ駆動制御装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のモータ駆動制御装置を備えた電動車両であって、
前記モータの力行トルクによって車両駆動力を発生可能に構成された、電動車両。 - 前記電動車両は、前記車両の制動力を出力するための制動機構をさらに備え、
前記トルク制限手段は、前記モータ温度が前記所定温度よりも高い領域において、前記モータの出力トルクについて、前記モータの回生トルク発生時に力行トルク発生時よりも相対的に厳しい制限を加える、請求項5記載の電動車両。 - 前記モータの回生トルク制限時において、前記制動機構が出力する前記制動力を前記出力トルクの制限量に応じて自動的に増加させる制動力調整手段をさらに備える、請求項6記載の電動車両。
- モータの温度を検出する温度検出ステップと、
前記温度検出ステップにより検出されたモータ温度に基づき前記モータの出力トルクを制限するトルク制限ステップとを備え、
前記トルク制限ステップは、前記モータの温度を上限許容温度未満に抑制するためにトルク制限の開始が必要となるトルク制限必要温度を前記モータ温度が超える領域では前記出力トルクに第1の制限を加え、前記モータ温度が前記トルク制限必要温度未満ではあるが前記トルク制限必要温度よりも低く設定された所定温度以上である領域では前記出力トルクに前記第1の制限よりも緩い第2の制限を加え、前記モータ温度が前記所定温度未満である領域では前記出力トルクに制限を加えない、モータ駆動制御方法。 - 前記トルク制限必要温度は、前記モータの上限限界温度および前記モータの冷却能力に対応して設定され、
前記所定温度は、前記モータの通常負荷運転状態での到達温度に対応して設定される、請求項8に記載のモータ駆動制御方法。 - 前記トルク制限ステップは、さらに、前記モータ温度が、前記上限許容温度以上である領域では、前記モータのトルク出力を禁止し、
前記第1の制限によるトルク制限量は、前記トルク制限必要温度および前記上限許容温度の間の温度領域で、前記モータ温度の上昇に従って徐々に大きくされる、請求項8または9記載のモータ駆動制御方法。
