Description
本発明は、伝動装置、特に自動車に用いられるワイパ装置の伝動装置を備えた伝動装置ハウジングであって、ハウジングベースボディと、該ハウジングベースボディに、ばね鋼から成る、周方向に間隔を置いて配置された複数の保持クランプによって位置固定されたハウジングカバーと、ハウジングベースボディとハウジングカバーとの間に配置された、ハウジングベースボディの載着領域に向かって押圧される環状シール部材とが設けられている形式のものに関する。
技術的な課題
したがって、本発明の課題は、廉価に製作可能であり、損傷しにくい固定手段によって、ハウジングベースボディとハウジングカバーとの間の固い結合が保証されている伝動装置ハウジングを提案することである。
この課題を解決するために本発明の構成では、載着領域の半径方向延在長さが、環状シール部材の半径方向延在長さよりも短く寸法設定されているようにした。
全ての図面において、同じ機能を備えた同じ構成部材には同じ符号が付してある。

Claims (9)
- 自動車に用いられるワイパ装置の伝動装置を備えた伝動装置ハウジングであって、ハウジングベースボディ(4)と、該ハウジングベースボディ(4)に、ばね鋼から成る、周方向に間隔を置いて配置された複数の保持クランプ(6)によって位置固定されたハウジングカバー(3)と、ハウジングベースボディ(4)とハウジングカバー(3)との間に配置された、ハウジングベースボディ(4)の載着領域(24)に向かって押圧される環状シール部材(20)とが設けられている形式のものにおいて、
載着領域(24)の半径方向延在長さ(y)が、環状シール部材(20)の半径方向延在長さ(x,x’)よりも短く寸法設定されており、ハウジングベースボディ(4)に設けられた少なくとも1つのストッパ(19)が、ハウジングカバー(3)を支持するために設けられていることを特徴とする、伝動装置を備えた伝動装置ハウジング。 - 載着領域(24)が、ハウジングベースボディ(4)の平らな周縁端面(22)によって形成されている、請求項1記載の伝動装置ハウジング。
- ハウジングベースボディ(4)に面した側の環状シール部材側面(25)が、押圧されていない状態で平らである、請求項1または2記載の伝動装置ハウジング。
- 環状シール部材(20)が、押圧された状態で載着領域(24)に組付け方向(7)でオーバラップしている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置ハウジング。
- 環状シール部材(20)が、方形の横断面を備えた押出し成形材として形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置ハウジング。
- 環状シール部材(20)が、ハウジングカバー(3)の収容溝(21)内に配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置ハウジング。
- 各保持クランプ(6)に1つのストッパ(19)が対応配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置ハウジング。
- 保持クランプ(6)が、押圧力をハウジングカバー上面(12)にハウジングベースボディ(4)に向かって加えるように形成されており、かつ/または配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置ハウジング。
- 保持クランプ(6)が、収容開口(9)によって、組付け方向(7)に向けられた滑動斜面(16)を備えた、ハウジングベースボディ(4)から半径方向に延びる係止突起(15)に保持されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置ハウジング。
