Abstract

说明书
本发明涉及一种用于将覆盖物紧固到车身的夹具,其包含整体式塑料部件,整体式塑料部件具有用于压入到设置在相应的车身部件中的开口中的紧固脚、邻接紧固脚并且用于通过横向推动设置在覆盖物上的固持部件而接收覆盖物的支撑轴、以及位于支撑轴的外端上的固持板。
因为相对于固持部件——在专业领域中也被称为“犬舍(doghouse)”——准确定位夹具很困难,所以车身的内和外覆盖物的安装经常出现问题。因此,在公知的总成的情况下,相应的夹具的支撑轴和覆盖物的相应的固持部件的内壁之间存在相对大的公差,例如从DE10044727A1已知的。
如果在最终安装到覆盖物的固持部件中之前夹具已经被插入,则它们相对松散地定位并且在覆盖物安装期间会容易从固持部件中掉出,或者会通过力的作用从标称位置滑出,这特别是当它们经受稳健的处理时的情况。然而,另一方面,需要大量的公差使得夹具可以被适当地压入到设置在车身部件中的开口中。
因此,本发明所基于的目的是为了便于车身的内和外覆盖物的安装。
根据本发明,实现这个目的在于弹性肋设置在相应的夹具的支撑轴的外围上。
弹性肋允许夹具在覆盖物的固持部件(犬舍)中的良好定位,并且,此外,仍然允许夹具相对于相应的固持部件的运动间隙。
肋优选选择为至少足够长以延伸直到相应的固持部件的内壁。其结果是,确保夹具和固持部件之间的相对稳定的定位,而不必免除固持部件和夹具之间所需的相对位移。在此,肋可以定位成自由的、邻接固持部件的内壁抑或延伸到固持部件的内壁后面。
弹性肋可以在被设计为塑料部件的夹具的支撑轴上容易地整体形成。其结果是,制造相对简单,并且弹性肋总是连接到夹具。
在本发明的优选实施例中,弹性肋从支撑轴的外围表面径向突出。当相应的固持部件和夹具之间发生相对运动时,或当横向位移发生时,弹性肋弯曲,从而确保在安装期间的足够的间隙。
两个或更多个肋可以设置在相应的支撑轴的外围表面上,使得确保夹具在固持部件中的良好定位。
各自设置成相对于彼此偏移120°的三个肋抑或各自相对于彼此偏移90°的四个肋方便地设置在支撑轴的外围表面上。
相应的夹具的紧固脚可以直接邻接弹性板,在夹具的紧固状态,弹性板的倾斜边缘抵靠——确切地说优选地用一定的预应力——围绕相应的开口的车身部件的区域。
由此,确保了相应的夹具被牢固地定位在给它指定的开口中。
隔片连接件方便地设置在弹性板和外固持板之间的支撑轴上,弹性板和隔片连接件之间的支撑轴的区域旨在用于接收覆盖物的固持部件。这使得确保覆盖物定位在距相应的车身部件预定的距离处成为可能。
本发明既适用于紧固车辆的内部的内覆盖物,例如车顶内衬、侧壁饰板等,也适用于将外覆盖物——例如尾翼、导风板等——紧固到车身的外侧。车身部件中的开口可以形成为圆形或根据需要采用一些其它的方式以便能够接收紧固脚。此外,本发明适用于将覆盖物紧固到由金属板组成的车身部件以及还紧固到塑料车身部件。
本发明通过举例的方式在附图中说明并且参考附图在下文中进行了详细地描述,附图中:
图1:示出了根据本发明的夹具的示例性实施例的透视图;
图2:同样以透视图的方式示出了根据图1的夹具与覆盖物的对应的支撑部件结合;

根据附图的图1,根据本发明的紧固夹具1包含紧固脚2、邻接紧固脚2的弹性板3、设置在距弹性板3一定距离处的隔片连接件4、支撑轴5以及外固持板6。
如图2所示,支撑轴5用于接收固定到覆盖物(图中未示出)的固持部件7。
在图1所示的示例性实施例中,紧固夹具1的支撑轴5设置有四个弹性肋8,弹性肋各自设置成相对于彼此偏移90°并且整体连接到支撑轴5。弹性肋8可以很容易地弯曲并用于使紧固夹具1相对于覆盖物的相应的固持部件7居中。
设置在固持部件7上的插入间隙9用于将固持部件7安装在紧固夹具1的支撑轴5上,被设计成平坦的的固持部件7的一部分10精确地装配在外固持板6和隔片连接件4之间。
可以从图3所说明的剖视图中清楚地看到固持部件7相对于紧固夹具1定位的方式。在此,固持部件7的平坦部分10位于外固持板6和隔片连接件4之间,其中隔片连接件4弹性地抵靠固持部件7的平坦部分10的底面。
在此,弹性肋8被设计成足够长以延伸直到固持部件7的内壁11。这导致紧固夹具1相对于固持部件7或覆盖物被弹性地居中,并且同时紧固夹具1被固定到相应的固持部件。
如从图4进一步显而易见的,夹具1的紧固脚2被压入到车身部件13的开口12中。在该紧固状态下,弹性板3的倾斜边缘14弹性地抵靠围绕开口12的车身部件13的区域,从而确保夹具1紧密地定位在车身部件中。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于将覆盖物紧固到车辆的车身部件的夹具,其包含整体式塑料部件,所述整体式塑料部件具有用于压入到设置在相应的所述车身部件中的开口(12)中的紧固脚(2)、邻接所述紧固脚(2)并用于通过横向推动设置在所述覆盖物上的固持部件(7)而接收所述覆盖物的支撑轴(5)、以及位于所述支撑轴(5)的外端上的固持板(6),其中弹性肋(8)设置在所述支撑轴(5)的外围上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹具,其中所述肋(8)至少足够长以延伸直到所述固持部件(7)的内壁(11)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的夹具,其中所述弹性肋(8)在所述支撑轴(5)上整体形成。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的一项所述的夹具,其中所述弹性肋(8)从所述支撑轴(5)的外围表面径向突出。
5.根据权利要求1至4中的一项所述的夹具,其中两个或更多个肋(8)设置在所述支撑轴(5)的外围表面上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的夹具,其中各自设置成相对于彼此偏移120°的三个肋设置在所述支撑轴(5)的所述外围表面上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的夹具,其中各自设置成相对于彼此偏移90°的四个肋(8)设置在所述支撑轴(5)的所述外围表面上。
8.根据权利要求1至7中的一项所述的夹具,其中所述紧固脚(2)直接邻接弹性板(3),在所述夹具(1)的紧固状态,所述弹性板(3)的倾斜边缘(14)抵靠围绕所述开口(12)的所述车身部件(13)的区域。
9.根据权利要求8所述的夹具,其中,在所述夹具(1)的所述紧固状态,所述弹性板(3)的所述倾斜边缘(14)用预应力抵靠围绕所述开口(12)的所述车身部件(13)的所述区域。
10.根据权利要求1至9中的一项所述的夹具,其中隔片连接件(4)设置在所述弹性板(3)和所述外固持板(6)之间的所述支撑轴(5)上,所述弹性板(3)和所述隔片连接件(4)之间的所述支撑轴(5)的区域被设置用于接收所述覆盖物的所述固持部件(8)。
