Description
Claims (4)
- 冷間成形機用成形セットであって、前記成形機のダイスブレストに固定されるように配置され、前記ダイスブレストに接近したり離れたりして往復するスライド上の工具キャビティに相対して作業軸線上にダイスキャビティが固定されて存在するように配置されたダイスケースと、前記スライドの運動方向にのみ前記ダイスケースに対し運動しつつ前記ケースに支持されるように設けられた浮動ダイスリングとから成り、前記浮動ダイスリングは、半加工材料を充填した場合の軸線方向の遅れ力の影響による半加工品の中間部分と前記浮動ダイスリングの壁との間の摩擦を減少して半加工品がキャビティに変位するのを制限することがないようになっている成形セット。
- 請求項1に記載の成形セットであって、前記ケースは、冷間成形機に取り付けられたとき、その軸線がスライド運動の方向に整列する円筒形部分を有し、前記浮動ダイスリングは、スライドの運動方向に動くように、前記リングを支持する円筒部分の上を伸縮する部分を有する成形セット。
- 請求項1に記載の成形セットであって、前記ダイスブイレストに取り付けられる第2のダイスケースと、スライドの運動方向に沿って前記第2のダイスケースに対して運動が制限されるように前記2のダイスケースに支持して設けられた第2の浮動ダイスリングとを含み、前記第2の浮動ダイスリングは、前記第1のダイスケースと前記第1の浮動ダイスリングとで成形された半加工品を受け入れるように設けられている成形セット。
- 減摩ベアリングに用いられるローラ半加工品を成形する工具セットであって、主たる直径をそれぞれ有し、円形断面の半加工品の端部を同時に冷間成形するようにした1対の円形の工具キャビティ及び固定ダイスキャビティと、円形貫通孔を有する別箇の浮動ダイスリングとから成り、前記工具キャビティは、前記の固定ダイキャビティに対して移動し、前記工具キャビティとダイスキャビティとは、前記半加工品の直径に比較して小さい半径を有する丸み付きコーナーを有するせん断半加工品の端部を形成するような形状をそれぞれ有し、前記貫通孔は、前記工具キャビティとダイスキャビティの主要な直径と少なくとも同じであり、且つ前記浮動ダイスリングは、半加工材料を充填した場合の軸線方向の遅れ力の影響による半加工品の中間部分と前記浮動ダイスリングの壁との間の摩擦を減少して半加工品がキャビティに変位するのを制限することがないようになっている工具セット。
