Claims (1)
- 複数枚のベルトプライを積層してベルト層を形成する第1工程と、ゴム被覆した補強コードを前記ベルト層の外周にらせん状に巻き付けることでベルト補強層を形成する第2工程と、を備える空気入りタイヤの製造方法において、
前記第1工程が、軸方向に沿った外周断面形状が径方向外側に凸となる円弧状をなすベルトドラムを用いて、前記ベルトドラムの外周面に第1のベルトプライを巻き付けて筒状に形成する工程と、前記第1のベルトプライの幅方向端部の外周に、前記ベルト補強層の幅方向端部よりも外側に張り出すゴム層を配設する工程と、前記第1のベルトプライの外周に、前記第1のベルトプライよりも幅狭の第2のベルトプライを巻き付けて筒状に形成する工程と、を有し、
前記第2工程では、前記ベルト補強層の幅方向端部を前記第1のベルトプライよりも外側に配置し、
前記ゴム層が周方向に沿った帯状体であり、その外周面が複数本の周方向溝を配列してなる凹凸面により形成されていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
