Description
本実施形態に係るタイヤ1を基にして、コンピュータで解析可能な数値解析モデルを作成し、コンピュータを用いて有限要素法で解析した。数値解析モデルの元となったタイヤ1は、図3に示す子午断面形状を有している。タイヤ1の各部の寸法は、図4に示すタイヤ幅Wが190mm、カーカス高さ(ビード部13のヒール部13hから環状構造体10の内側10siまでの径方向における距離)Hが40mmである。環状構造体10は、ばね鋼であり、厚みtm(図5参照)は0.4mmである。ゴム層11は、環状構造体10の外側10soに接着して固定した。ゴム層の厚みtr(図5参照)は8mmである。タイヤ1の直径は、225/50R18の空気入りタイヤの直径相当の大きさである一対のカーカス部12は、環状構造体10の内側10siの幅方向における両端部にそれぞれ結合した。

Claims (6)
- 円筒形状の環状構造体と、
前記環状構造体の外側に、前記環状構造体の周方向に向かって設けられてトレッド部となるゴム層と、
ゴムで被覆された繊維を有し、前記環状構造体と前記ゴム層とを含む円筒形状の構造体の中心軸と平行な方向における両側に設けられるカーカス部と、
を含み、前記構造体の子午断面において、前記ゴム層の外側と、前記環状構造体の外側とが同様の形状であることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ゴム層の外側と、前記環状構造体の外側とは、前記中心軸と平行である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記環状構造体は、前記カーカス部よりも前記構造体の径方向内側に配置される請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記環状構造体は、金属である請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記中心軸と平行な方向における前記環状構造体の寸法は、前記中心軸と平行な方向における前記ゴム層の寸法の50%以上120%以下である請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記環状構造体の外側と、前記ゴム層の外側との距離は、3mm以上20mm以下である請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
