Description
0.1≦R/R1≦3
電融アルミナの原料A(平均粒径3mm、純度99.81%)をボールミルにより粉砕して、平均粒径が30μmの粉砕品A0を得た。この粉砕品Aを湿式分級により分級して平均粒径1、2、4、13および30μmの整粒品A1〜5を得た。
電融アルミナの原料B(平均粒径200μm、純度99.67%)を用いて、試験例1と同様に平均粒径が30μmの粉砕品B0を得た。さらに、この粉砕品をそれぞれ分級して、平均粒径1、2、4、13および30μmの整粒品B1〜5を得た。得られた粉砕品および各整粒品の成分は表2に示すとおりであった。
電融アルミナの原料C(平均粒径200μm、純度99.67%)を用いて、試験例1と同様にそれぞれ平均粒径30μmおよび60μmの粉砕品C1およびC2を得た。さらに、これらのこの粉砕品Cをそれぞれ分級して、平均粒径が30μmの整粒品C3およびC4を得た。得られた粉砕品および整粒品の成分は表3に示すとおりであった。
Claims (2)
- 電融アルミナをバッチ式にて平均粒子径R1の粉末に粉砕し、得られた粉砕品を分級して、平均粒子径Rの酸化アルミニウム粉末を製造する酸化アルミニウム粉末の製造法であって、前記R1とRとが、下記の関係:
0.1≦R/R1≦3
を満たし、かつ分級後の酸化アルミニウム粉末の不純物含有量が原料の電融アルミナの不純物含有量の50%以下であることを特徴とする、酸化アルミニウム粉末の製造法。 - 前記分級が湿式分級により行われる、請求項1に記載の酸化アルミニウム粉末の製造法。
