Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1個の油圧バネを含み、該油圧バネは該油圧バネと軸箱の機能に必要なハウジングを有しているコイルバネを含まない鉄道用ボギー台車の軸箱−バネ−ユニットであって、
前記軸箱の少なくとも一部は、前記ハウジングの少なくとも一部を形成すると共に前記軸箱の前記一部は、前記油圧バネの油圧流体の容量の境界の少なくとも一部を形成し、
前記軸箱の前記一部は、前記軸箱のカップ形成領域を含み、
前記カップ形成領域は、油圧流体と直接に境界を形成する油圧バネの油圧流体と直接接触する一体化された部材として設計されたことを特徴とする軸箱−バネ−ユニット。 - 前記油圧バネのバネ要素は、前記軸箱の前記一部に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸箱−バネ−ユニット。
- 前記バネ要素は、前記軸箱の前記一部にシーリング装置によって固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸箱−バネ−ユニット。
- 前記シーリング装置は、前記軸箱の前記一部にねじ止めされるリングであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の軸箱−バネ−ユニット。
- 前記バネ要素は、前記軸箱の前記一部に直接取り付けられる少なくとも1個の弾性要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項2または4に記載の軸箱−バネ−ユニット。
- 前記バネ要素は、前記油圧流体の前記容量に延びてプランジャ形領域を形成するセンターピースを含むことを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれかに記載の軸箱−バネ−ユニット。
- 前記バネ要素は、交互に連続する弾性要素と剛性要素とを含むことを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれかに記載の軸箱−バネ−ユニット。
- 前記弾性要素と剛性要素は、スリーブ形状であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の軸箱−バネ−ユニット。
- 前記弾性要素は、加硫によって前記剛性要素、または前記センターピースに接続されることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の軸箱−バネ−ユニット。
