Claims (7)
- トナー像を保持する像保持体と、
前記像保持体上に保持されたトナー像が転写される中間転写体と、
前記中間転写体の表面の傷を塞ぐ透明トナーを中間転写体へ付着させる付着手段と、
前記中間転写体の表面の損傷度合に応じて、前記付着手段によって該中間転写体の表面に透明トナーを付着させる量を変える制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする画像形成装置。 - トナー像を保持する像保持体と、
前記像保持体上に保持されたトナー像が転写される中間転写体と、
前記中間転写体の表面の傷を塞ぐ透明トナーを中間転写体へ付着させる付着手段と、
前記中間転写体の表面について算出された反射率に応じて、前記付着手段によって該中間転写体の表面に透明トナーを付着させる量を変える制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする画像形成装置。 - トナー像を保持する像保持体と、
前記像保持体上に保持されたトナー像が転写される中間転写体と、
前記中間転写体の表面の傷を塞ぐ透明トナーを中間転写体へ付着させる付着手段と、
前記中間転写体が1周する時間から算出された前記中間転写部材の伸びに応じて、前記付着手段によって該中間転写体の表面に透明トナーを付着させる量を変える制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする画像形成装置。 - トナー像を保持する像保持体と、
前記像保持体上に保持されたトナー像が転写される中間転写体と、
前記中間転写体の表面の傷を塞ぐ透明トナーを中間転写体へ付着させる付着手段と、
前記中間転写体の積算回転数に応じて、前記付着手段によって該中間転写体の表面に透明トナーを付着させる量を変える制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする画像形成装置。 - 前記中間転写体が、ベルト状の弾性層と、前記弾性層の表面に形成され転写されたトナー像を剥がれやすくする離型層と、を有するベルト部材であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記離型層の厚みをt(μm)、前記透明トナーの体積平均粒径をd(μm)としたとき、t<d+25μmの関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記ベルト部材に転写されたトナー像を転写する記録媒体の厚みが厚くなると前記付着手段で付着させる透明トナーの量を増やすことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の画像形成装置。
