Description
請求項2に記載の発明は、軌道部材(1)とこの軌道部材(1)に対してスライドする移動部材(2)との間に転がり運動可能に複数の転動体(3)を介在させた運動案内装置用の保持器(8)の製造方法であって、複数の転動体(3)間に介在される複数のスペーサ(12)と、これらの複数のスペーサ(12)を連結する連結部材(13)と、を有する二本以上の樹脂製の分割保持器(11)を成形する成形工程と、前記二本以上の樹脂製の分割保持器(11)を治具(17)にセットし、前記二本以上の分割保持器(11)の端部(16)を重ねて溶着する溶着工程と、を備え、前記治具(17)には、溶着時に前記分割保持器(11)の端部(16)から溶融した樹脂が流れ出るのを制限するこま部材(20)が取り付けられることを特徴とする。
請求項9に記載の発明は、軌道部材(1)とこの軌道部材(1)に対してスライドする移動部材(2)との間に転がり運動可能に複数の転動体(3)を介在させた運動案内装置用の保持器(8)を製造するための溶着機であって、複数の転動体(3)間に介在される複数のスペーサ(12)と、これらの複数のスペーサ(12)を連結する連結部材(13)と、を有する二本以上の樹脂製の分割保持器(11)がセットされる治具(17)と、振動エネルギを与えて、前記二本以上の分割保持器(11)の端部(16)を溶着するホーン(26)と、を備え、前記治具(17)には、溶着時に前記分割保持器(11)の端部(16)から溶融した樹脂が流れ出るのを制限するこま部材(20)が取り付けられることを特徴とする。
請求項2に記載の発明によれば、成形機のサイズに関係なく、一本の連結された保持器を製造できる。また、溶着時に分割保持器の端部から融けた樹脂が流れ出るのを制限することができる。
請求項9に記載の発明によれば、成形機のサイズに関係なく、一本の連結された保持器が製造できる。また、溶着時に分割保持器の端部から融けた樹脂が流れ出るのを制限することができる。

Claims (10)
- 軌道部材とこの軌道部材に対してスライドする移動部材との間に転がり運動可能に複数の転動体を介在させた運動案内装置用の保持器の製造方法であって、
複数の転動体間に介在される複数のスペーサと、これらの複数のスペーサを連結する連結部材と、を有する二本以上の樹脂製の分割保持器を成形する成形工程と、
前記二本以上の樹脂製の分割保持器を治具にセットし、前記二本以上の分割保持器の端部を重ねて溶着する溶着工程と、を備え、
前記治具には、前記二本以上の分割保持器を位置決めできるように、前記転動体の外形形状に合せた凹みが形成される運動案内装置用の保持器の製造方法。 - 軌道部材とこの軌道部材に対してスライドする移動部材との間に転がり運動可能に複数の転動体を介在させた運動案内装置用の保持器の製造方法であって、
複数の転動体間に介在される複数のスペーサと、これらの複数のスペーサを連結する連結部材と、を有する二本以上の樹脂製の分割保持器を成形する成形工程と、
二本以上の樹脂製の分割保持器を治具にセットし、前記二本以上の分割保持器の端部を重ねて溶着する溶着工程と、を備え、
前記治具には、溶着時に前記分割保持器の端部から溶融した樹脂が流れ出るのを制限するこま部材が取り付けられる運動案内装置用の保持器の製造方法。 - 前記溶着工程で互いに溶着される一対の前記分割保持器のうち、一方の分割保持器の端部に溶着時に溶融する溶着代が形成され、
他方の分割保持器の端部に、溶融した樹脂が逃げ込むスリットが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の運動案内装置用の保持器の製造方法。 - 溶着される前記分割保持器の前記端部は、前記分割保持器の幅方向に離れて少なくとも二つ設けられ、溶着される少なくとも二つの前記端部の間には隙間が空くことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の運動案内装置用の保持器の製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の運動案内装置用の保持器の製造方法により製造された運動案内装置用の保持器。
- 前記保持器の溶着された溶着部には、溶着によってあや目模様が施されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の運動案内装置用の保持器。
- 溶着される前記分割保持器の前記端部は、前記分割保持器の幅方向に離れて少なくとも二つ設けられ、溶着される少なくとも二つの前記端部の間には隙間が空けられることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の運動案内装置用の保持器。
- 軌道部材とこの軌道部材に対してスライドする移動部材との間に転がり運動可能に複数の転動体を介在させた運動案内装置用の保持器を製造するための溶着機であって、
複数の転動体間に介在される複数のスペーサと、これらの複数のスペーサを連結する連結部材と、を有する二本以上の樹脂製の分割保持器がセットされる治具と、
振動エネルギを与えて、前記二本以上の分割保持器の端部を溶着するホーンと、を備え、
前記治具には、前記二本以上の分割保持器を位置決めできるように、前記転動体の外形形状に合せた凹みが形成される溶着機。 - 軌道部材とこの軌道部材に対してスライドする移動部材との間に転がり運動可能に複数の転動体を介在させた運動案内装置用の保持器を製造するための溶着機であって、

前記治具には、溶着時に前記分割保持器の端部から溶融した樹脂が流れ出るのを制限するこま部材が取り付けられる溶着機。 - 前記治具の前記分割保持器の端部に接触する部分、及び前記ホーンの前記分割保持器の端部に接触する部分に、あや目加工が施されることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の溶着機。
