Claims (5)
- 断面略矩形状に形成され、両側面には長手方向に沿って1条ずつのボール転走溝(10,50)が形成された軌道レール(1,5)と、基部(20,60)及びこの基部から突設された一対のフランジ部(21,61)を有して案内溝(22,62)を備えたチャネル状に形成され、前記案内溝(22,62)に遊嵌する軌道レール(1,5)に対して多数のボール(3)を介して組付けられると共に、前記ボール(3)が循環する複数のトラック溝(30,70)を軌道レール(1,5)に面した案内溝(22,62)内に有する移動ブロック(2,6)とから構成され、
各トラック溝(30,70)は、軌道レール(1,5)のボール転走溝(10,50)と対向して前記フランジ部(21,61)の内側面に形成された負荷直線溝(31,71)と、この負荷直線溝(31,71)と平行に設けられると共に、前記フランジ部(21,61)と基部(20,60)が交わった前記案内溝(22,62)の隅角部又は前記基部(20,60)に設けられて前記軌道レール(1,5)と対向する無負荷直線溝(32,72)と、これら負荷直線溝(31,71)と無負荷直線溝(32,72)とを連通連結してこれらの間でボール(3)を往来させるボール偏向溝(33,73)とから構成されていることを特徴とする直線案内装置。 - 前記移動ブロック(2,6)は焼入れ処理された鋼から形成されており、前記トラック溝(30,70)は切削加工によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の直線案内装置。
- 前記軌道レール(1,5)の長手方向垂直な断面における前記方向転換溝(33,73)の軌跡は、前記無負荷直線溝(32,72)が移動ブロック(2,6)の基部(20,60)に設けられる場合、前記移動ブロック(2,6)の案内溝(22,62)の隅角部に対向する軌道レール(1,5)の角部を中心とした単一円弧として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の直線案内装置。
- 前記軌道レール(1,5)は前記移動ブロック(2,6)の案内溝(22,62)の隅角部に対向する角部を曲面状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の直線案内装置。
- 前記無負荷直線溝(32,72)は前記フランジ部(21,61)と基部(20,60)が交わった前記案内溝(22,62)の隅角部に設けられる一方、前記軌道レール(1,5)にはボール転走溝(10,50)が形成された側面と前記基部(20,60)に対向する上面(11)との間に前記無負荷直線溝(32,72)と対向する無負荷ボール補助面(53)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の直線案内装置。
