Claims (5)
- 단면이 대략 사각 형상으로 형성되고, 양 측면에는 길이 방향을 따라 1조씩의 볼 전주 홈(10, 50)이 형성된 궤도 레일(1, 5)과, 기부(20, 60) 및 이 기부로부터 돌출 설치된 한 쌍의 플랜지부(21, 61)를 갖고 안내 홈(22, 62)을 구비한 채널 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 안내 홈(22, 62)에 헐겁게 끼워지는 궤도 레일(1, 5)에 대하여 다수의 볼(3)을 개재하여 조립되는 동시에, 상기 볼(3)이 순환하는 복수의 트랙 홈(30, 70)을 궤도 레일(1, 5)에 면한 안내 홈(22, 62) 내에 갖는 이동 블록(2, 6)으로 구성되고,각 트랙 홈(30, 70)은 궤도 레일(1, 5)의 볼 전주 홈(10, 50)과 대향하여 상기 플랜지부(21, 61)의 내측면에 형성된 부하 직선 홈(31, 71)과, 이 부하 직선 홈(31, 71)과 평행하게 설치되는 동시에, 상기 플랜지부(21, 61)와 기부(20, 60)가 교차된 상기 안내 홈(22, 62)의 코너부 또는 상기 기부(20, 60)에 설치되어 상기 궤도 레일(1, 5)과 대향하는 무부하 직선 홈(32, 72)과, 이들 부하 직선 홈(31, 71)과 무부하 직선 홈(32, 72)을 연통 연결하여 이들 사이에서 볼(3)을 왕래시키는 볼 편향 홈(33, 73)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선 안내 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동 블록(2, 6)은 켄칭 처리된 강으로 형성되어 있고, 상기 트랙 홈(30, 70)은 절삭 가공에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선 안내 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 궤도 레일(1, 5)의 길이 방향에 수직한 단면에 있어서의 상기 방향 전환 홈(33, 73)의 궤적은 상기 무부하 직선 홈(32, 72)이 이동 블록(2, 6)의 기부(20, 60)에 설치되는 경우, 상기 이동 블록(2, 6)의 안내 홈(22, 62)의 코너부에 대향하는 궤도 레일(1, 5)의 코너부를 중심으로 한 단일 원호로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선 안내 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 궤도 레일(1, 5)은 상기 이동 블록(2, 6)의 안내 홈(22, 62)의 코너부에 대향하는 코너부를 곡면 형상으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 직선 안내 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무부하 직선 홈(32, 72)은 상기 플랜지부(21, 61)와 기부(20, 60)가 교차된 상기 안내 홈(22, 62)의 코너부에 설치되는 한편, 상기 궤도 레일(1, 5)에는 볼 전주 홈(10, 50)이 형성된 측면과 상기 기부(20, 60)에 대향하는 상면(11) 사이에 상기 무부하 직선 홈(32, 72)과 대향하는 무부하 볼 보조면(53)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선 안내 장치.
