Description
リニア運動のための転がり軸受を製作するために、軸受の走行軌道を十分な硬さで形成することが不可欠であり、これによって適当な耐用年数が達成される。通常硬化は、熱処理、たとえばはだ焼き、高周波焼き入れならびに完全焼き入れによって行われる。このような方法では、軟化と硬化との間に追加的で個別的な作業過程が必要であり、硬化可能な材料しか用いることができない、という欠点が存在する。さらに硬化歪みの生じる恐れがあり、硬化歪みは特にガイドキャリッジの後退走行路孔の位置に影響を及ぼす。
したがって本発明の課題は、リニア運動のための転がり軸受を改良して、公知の従来技術のものに対して支持本体の弱体化の程度が僅かであるものを提供することである。この場合硬化の個別的な作業過程は省略することができる。望ましくは同様に硬化不能な材料の使用が実現される。
次に本発明を図示して、以下に説明する。
Claims (3)
- リニア運動のための転がり軸受であって、
2つの側方脚部(5,6)を備えた、ガイドレール(1)上を該ガイドレールの縦方向で移動可能にガイドされた、横断面で実質的にC字形のガイドキャリッジ(2)が設けられており、該ガイドキャリッジ(2)の支持本体(4)が、側方脚部(5,6)の領域で、少なくとも転動体(3)の循環走行路にわたってガイドレール(1)に沿って移動可能に支持されており、
転動体循環走行路が、負荷を伝達する転動体列を備えており、転動体列が、支持本体(4)の、負荷を受容する走行軌道(12,13)と、ガイドレール(1)の、負荷を受容する走行軌道(7,8)とに係合しており、ならびに転動体循環走行路が、後退走行する転動体列と2つの変向転動体列とを備えており、
支持本体(4)の、負荷を受容する走行軌道(12,13)を形成するために、ガイドレール(1)の縦方向に対して平行に延びる走行軌道エレメントが設けられている形式のものにおいて、
走行軌道エレメントが、硬化された金属薄板エレメント(10,16)として形成されており、該金属薄板エレメント(10,16)が、支持本体(4)の側方脚部(5,6)における収容領域(11)に嵌め込まれて、かつ固定されており、
支持本体(4)の各収容領域(11)が、横断面でプリズム状に形成されていて、かつ尖端でガイドレール(1)に向かって内向きに向けられた屋根形状を有していることを特徴とする、リニア運動のための転がり軸受。 - 金属薄板エレメント(10,16)が、複数の孔(14)を備えており、転動体を保持するために、該金属薄板エレメント(10,16)の周りに、これらの孔(14)を充填するプラスチックエレメント(15)による射出成形が行われている、請求項1記載の転がり軸受。
- ガイドキャリッジ(1)の支持本体(4)に沿って、フレキシブルな複数の縦シールストリップ(17)が取り付けられており、これらの縦シールストリップ(17)が、金属薄板エレメント(16)に取り付けられていて、かつガイドレール(1)の、隣接する縦面に接触して配置されている、請求項1記載の転がり軸受。
