Abstract

用于线性移动的滚动轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于线性移动的滚动轴承,其具有一个横断面基本上呈C形的导向托架,导向托架在导向轨道上沿其纵向可移动地引导并具有两个侧边脚,导向托架的支座在每一个侧边脚的区域内通过至少一个滚动体系列而被可移动地支承在导向轨道上。其中,滚动体系列各自含有一个传递负荷的滚动体排,该滚动体排与支座的吸收负荷的滚道以及导向轨道的吸收负荷的滚道啮合,并且,滚动体系列还含有一个回滚的滚动体排以及两个转向的滚动体排,其中,为了形成支座的吸收负荷的滚道而设置了一个与导向轨道的纵向平行的滚道元件。
背景技术
为了制造用于线性移动的滚动轴承就一定要给轴承的滚道设置足够的硬度,从而能够满足相应的寿命。这在原理上通过热处理来完成,例如通过表面淬火、感应淬火或透硬淬火。这类方法具有下述缺点,即需要在热加工与硬加工之间需要附加单独的工序、且只能应用硬质材料。此外还会出现淬火变形,淬火变形会特别影响到导向托架的回滚圆孔的位置。
在DE 9313728U1中公开了一种正如开头所述那样的、具有内嵌滚道元件的线性轴承装置。但它具有缺点,即例如横断面示出的那种导向托架的滚道元件不能由金属片制造,就此而言,与支座的接纳区域在横断面中形成一个转向外部的棱柱相比,支座的接纳区域也被带有缺点地实施,从而使得支座在其坚固性上来说被大大地减弱。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是,将用于线性移动的滚动轴承尽可能地按照下述内容形成,即滚动轴承的支座相比前述的现有技术而言不会被大大地减弱。同时还应该能够省去单独的硬化工序。同样还应该使得应用非硬性材料成为可能。
这一目的按照发明通过下述得以解决,即滚道元件被设为硬化了的金属片元件,它被放置在支座的每个侧边脚的接纳区域内并被固定。支座的每一个接纳区域在横断面中都被设为棱柱式并且以V形形状指向导轨内部。
这样一来就使得大大地减少成本成为可能。它也提供了应用轻质材料的可能性。就应用领域来讲,这种线形引导出现在普通机械制造以及手工制造领域中,当对于准确度的要求少有意义的时候也可以把它应用在其它地方。
为了制造这种线形滚动轴承而作如下建议,即不必再对支座彻底硬化,而是将硬化了的金属片元件分别置入支座中的定义的接纳区域内。金属片元件能够单独通过高精度的金属片加工成型得以制造、硬化、以及净化。研磨加工可以被取消,这样一来,金属片元件的制造总的来说就会变的经济并在价格上有利。
支座将只在柔软状态下进行加工。它的棱柱式的接纳区域必须要精加工,以便为金属片元件提供足够精确的接纳尺寸。

具体实施方式
图1至图6展示的用于线性移动的滚动轴承由导向轨道1组成,导向托架2在纵向上可以移动地支承在导向轨道上。支承依靠滚动体3的转动得以实施,滚动体在实施例中为球体。导向托架2含有支座4,支座在横断面或端面侧向视图中约呈C形并将导向轨道1部分地包围,其中,导向托架2的支座4的两个侧边脚5与6靠近于导向轨道1侧面的纵向侧面。
在每个侧边脚5、6上都存在两个环状滚动体3系列。如图1所示,滚动体分别被相叠设置。在那里,滚动体3分别支承一组传递负荷的滚动体排,滚动体排分别处于导向轨道1的吸收负荷的上滚道7或下滚道8。每一个吸收负荷的滚道7或8都能够通过两个未示出的转向滚动体排与一个向回滚动的滚动体排相连,从而示出环状滚动体系列。为了容纳向回滚动的滚动体排而在支座4内设置了回滚通道9。
为了支承传递负荷的滚动体排的滚动体3,按照发明在支座上设置了经过硬化的金属片元件10,它被放置在支座4侧边脚5或6的接纳区域11中并在那里被固定。接纳区域11被设为棱柱形并且分别形成指向导向轨道1的V形面。每一个金属片元件10在其从接纳区域11出来并指向导向轨道1的侧边上都拥有支座4的吸收负荷的下滚道12和上滚道13以用于传递负荷的滚动体排的滚动体3。为了在导向托架2上支承滚动体,每一个金属片元件10都含有圆孔14并且被一个能够填入圆孔14的塑料元件15注塑包封。
在图7与图8中,按照发明的用于线性移动的滚动轴承拥有一个修改过的金属片元件16,两个纵向密封片17固定在金属片元件上。它们帖附在邻近的属于导向轨道1的纵向侧面上并将内有滚动体3的空间向外封闭。
塑料制成的滚动体支承元件15在支座4滚道12与13的总长度上延伸。金属片元件10或16在其制造改形期间在滚道12与13之间设有圆孔14,通过这种方式可以使得塑料元件15与金属片元件10或16形式封闭地连接。通过注塑包封可以使得金属片元件10或16与滚动体支承元件连为一体。这导致简化的安装过程并导致相应地节省成本。为了改善导向托架2的密封而有必要设置纵向密封片17。它可以由橡胶制成并且在导向托架2的总长度上延伸。通过上滚道和下滚道把各个密封片17尽可能近地设置。所述金属片元件在图7与图8中通过下述方式修改为金属片元件16,即滚道区域12与13在径向上可以围绕滚动体3来回牵拉,从而获得一个其中能够装入纵向密封片17的区域。金属片元件16的180°缠绕的半径应按照下述选择,即滚动体只在一个点在负荷传递平面18的方向上接触滚道区域12或13,否则就脱开。这里建议的是,把由橡胶制成的纵向密封片17在金属片元件16上预热。从而实现更坚固的连接并且获得所选组件的整体性。同样,这样也能导致安装成本的节省并且导致纵向密封的有效改善。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于线性移动的滚动轴承,其具有一个横断面基本上呈C形的导向托架(2),导向托架在导向轨道(1)上沿其纵向可移动地引导并具有两个侧边脚(5,6),导向托架的支座(4)在每一个侧边脚(5,6)的区域内通过至少一个滚动体(3)系列而被可移动地支承在导向轨道(1)上,其中,滚动体系列各自含有一个传递负荷的滚动体排,该滚动体排与支座(4)的吸收负荷的滚道(12,13)以及导向轨道(1)的吸收负荷的滚道(7,8)啮合,并且,滚动体系列还含有一个回滚的滚动体排以及两个转向的滚动体排,其中,为了形成支座(4)的吸收负荷的滚道(12,13)而设置了一个与导向轨道(1)的纵向平行的滚道元件,其中,滚道元件被实施为硬化了的金属片元件(10,16),金属片元件被放置并被固定在支座(4)的每个侧边脚(5,6)的接纳区域(11)内,其特征在于,支座(4)的每一个接纳区域(11)都实施为棱柱形并且以V形形状指向导轨(1)内部。
2.按照权利要求1所述的滚动轴承,其中,金属片元件(10,16)拥有圆孔(14)并且被一个填入圆孔(14)且用以支承滚动体的塑料元件(15)注塑包封。
3.按照权利要求1所述的滚动轴承,其中,在导向托架(2)的支座(4)上安装了柔性的纵向密封片(17),它们分别被固定在金属片元件(16)上并帖附地设置在导向轨道(1)的邻近的纵向侧面上。
4.按照权利要求3所述的滚动轴承,其中,所述纵向密封片(17)由橡胶制成。
