Description
Claims (11)
- 駆動可能な2つの車軸(10、110)を有するタンデム車軸であって、各車軸(10、110)が、軸(16、116)によって駆動できる差動装置入力としての駆動歯車(13、113)と、アクスルシャフトギヤ(104)によって前記2つの車軸(10、110)の車輪(1、2)を駆動する2つのドライブシャフト(106)とを有する差動装置(101)を備えるタンデム車軸において、
第1の車軸(10)の前記車輪(1)が駆動歯車(13)に常時確実に連結され、
前記第1の車軸(10)の前記駆動歯車(13)が、選択的に係合可能なトランスファギヤ(70)が同軸に配置される駆動軸(14)を有し、
前記トランスファギヤ(70)が、スルーシャフト(90)に相対回転不能に取付けられたスルーシャフト歯車(95)と噛み合い、
前記スルーシャフト(90)の出力(93)が、中間部材(18、116、117)によって第2の車軸(110)の入力側駆動歯車(113)に連結され、
切換クラッチ(140)が前記アクスルシャフトギヤ(104)と前記アクスルシャフトギヤの隣接する車輪(2)との間の前記第2の車軸(110)に取付けられるタンデム車軸。 - 前記スルーシャフト(90)が前記第1の車軸(10)の差動ハウジング(12)に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタンデム車軸。
- 前記差動ハウジング(12)の前記スルーシャフト(90)が前記駆動軸(14)の上に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタンデム車軸。
- 連結可能な前記トランスファギヤ(70)が前記第1の車軸(10)の前記差動ハウジング(12)に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタンデム車軸。
- 前記トランスファギヤ(70)が、電気機械的に、電磁的に、油圧的に又は空気圧的に作動可能なクラッチ(40)によって前記駆動軸(14)に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタンデム車軸。
- 前記クラッチ(40)が、油圧作動式のはねかけ潤滑方式の摩擦クラッチであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタンデム車軸。
- 油圧発生器として、前記クラッチ(40)が、前記第1の車軸(10)の前記駆動軸(14)によって直接駆動されるオイルポンプ(80)を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のタンデム車軸。
- 前記クラッチ(40)が、間接的にシフトされる確実な連結機能付きクラッチであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタンデム車軸。
- 前記クラッチ(140)がそれぞれの前記ドライブシャフト(106)と前記アクスルシャフトギヤ(104)との間に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のタンデム車軸。
- 電気機械的又は電磁的に作動可能な弁によって、前記クラッチ(40、140)の作動を制御できることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のタンデム車軸。
- 前記クラッチ(40、140)の前記弁がコンピュータによって制御され、該コンピュータが、動的操作及び路面に関するデータに基づいて係合及び係合解除を制御することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のタンデム車軸。
