Description
Claims (12)
- エアフォイル形状の断面を有するボディと、
前記ボディ内のくぼみチャンネルと、
前記くぼみチャンネル内に保持される一連のワイヤガイドインサートと、
を備え、
前記ワイヤガイドインサートの非円形形状の、前記くぼみチャンネルの形状へのマッチングによって、前記ワイヤガイドインサートが、前記くぼみチャンネルの内部に回転的にロックされ、
前記ワイヤガイドインサートの一つの側の開口を前記くぼみチャンネルにおける開口に位置合わせし、汚染物質の排出を容易にする、ワイヤ撚り機での使用のための弓形フライヤ。 - 前記ワイヤガイドが、前記ワイヤガイドインサートのどの部分も前記ボディの前記エアフォイル形状によって規定される輪郭を越えて突出しないように、前記くぼみチャンネルの内部に収容されている、請求項1に記載の弓形フライヤ。
- 前記ワイヤガイドインサート及び前記くぼみチャンネルの前記非円形形状が六角形である、請求項1に記載の弓形フライヤ。
- 前記ボディがカーボンファイバで強化された複合材料から構成されている、請求項1に記載の弓形フライヤ。
- 前記カーボンファイバが撚り合わされている、請求項4に記載の弓形フライヤ。
- 前記ボディの一部が中空である、請求項1に記載の弓形フライヤ。
- 前記ボディの一部がフォーム状材料で形成されている、請求項1に記載の弓形フライヤ。
- 前記くぼみチャンネルが前記弓形フライヤの底面に形成されたチャンネル開口を含み、
前記チャンネル開口が前記くぼみチャンネルに位置合わせされた複数の別個の細長いオリフィスである、請求項1に記載の弓形フライヤ。 - 前記弓形フライヤ及び前記ワイヤガイドインサートの一つに固定されて前記チャンネルの内部での前記ワイヤガイドインサートの動きを制約するロック部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の弓形フライヤ。
- 弓形フライヤにおけるくぼみチャンネル内に複数個一連として保持される複数のワイヤガイドインサートの1つとして用いられるワイヤガイドインサートであって、
弓形フライヤにおけるチャンネルの同様な非円形形状に対応する外部非円形形状を有する管状ボディと、
前記ワイヤガイドインサートにおける排出開口と、
を備える、ワイヤガイドインサート。 - 前記ワイヤガイドインサートの前記非円形形状が六角形である、請求項10に記載のワイヤガイドインサート。
- 前記ワイヤガイドの内部表面が波状である、請求項10に記載のワイヤガイドインサート。
