Description
円筒形のコアに、長手方向の溝を付ける工程、
拡散材料としてのニッケルを、前記長手方向の溝の中および前記導電ロッド上の少なくとも一方に付ける工程、
前記円筒形コアの前記長手方向の溝の少なくとも1つの軸端の場所を円錐形に加工する工程、
前記導電ロッドの少なくとも1つの軸端を、前記円筒形コアの前記円錐外形に一致する実質的に傾斜した端部に作る工程、
前記導電ロッドを前記長手方向の溝の中に配置する工程、
短絡環を、前記円筒形コアの前記円錐部分に取り付ける工程、および
熱を加え、かつ押圧力を少なくとも前記導電ロッドに加えることで、前記拡散材料としてのニッケルを前記導電ロッドおよび前記円筒形コアに拡散して前記導電ロッドを前記円筒形コアに結合する工程。
電動機用の回転子を製作する工程、および
電動機用の回転子を、遠心圧縮機用の回転子に連結する工程。
Claims (19)
- コア材料から作られて、円筒体軸線に平行に延びている長手方向の複数の溝(34)を持っている円筒形のコア(30)と、 導電性材料から作られて、前記長手方向の溝(34)の中に設けられている導電ロッド(31)と、前記導電ロッド(31)の軸端を導通可能に互いに接続する2つの短絡環(32)とを含む電動機(4)用の回転子(6)であって、
前記円筒形コア(30)と前記導電ロッド(31)が、前記導電ロッド(31)の少なくとも1つの軸端の場所に円錐テーパー付きの部分を含み、かつ対応する短絡環(32)が、その半径方向内方の側に、相補形状の部分を含み、
前記導電ロッド(31)と、前記円筒形コア(30)との間に拡散材料としてニッケルを含む拡散層(40、41、42)が延びている電動機(4)用の回転子。 - 前記拡散層(40、41、42)が、各々少なくとも2つの領域(40、41)からなり、第1の領域(40)が、前記円筒形コア(30)に相接し、かつ前記コアの材料と前記拡散材料を共に含み、かつ第2の領域(41)が、前記導電ロッド(31)に相接し、前記導電性材料と前記拡散材料を両方とも含む請求項1記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 前記円筒形コア(30)の周りに延びていて、かつ軸方向に前記短絡環(32)を保持する2つの端絡環(33)も備えている請求項1または2に記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 前記端絡環(33)が、それらの外方の側に、釣り合い開口を持っている請求項3記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 前記導電ロッド(31)が、2つの平行な壁面を含む請求項1から4の1つに記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 半径方向外方の表面に保護層を持っている請求項1から5の1つに記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 前記保護層が、金属を含む請求項6記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 請求項1から7の1つに記載の回転子(6)と固定子(5)とを含む電動機。
- 気体を圧縮する遠心圧縮機(1)と、請求項8記載の電動機(4)とを含む圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記電動機(4)用の前記回転子(6)と前記遠心圧縮機(1)の回転子(2)が、同軸的に互いに固定状態に連結された請求項9記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 円筒形のコア(30)に、長手方向の溝(34)を付ける工程と、
拡散材料としてのニッケルを、前記長手方向の溝(34)の中および前記導電ロッド(31)上の少なくとも一方に付けて拡散する工程と、
前記円筒形コア(30)の前記長手方向の溝(34)の少なくとも1つの軸端の場所を円錐形に加工する工程と、
前記導電ロッド(31)の少なくとも1つの軸端を、前記円筒形コア(30)の前記円錐外形に一致する実質的に傾斜した端部に作る工程と
前記導電ロッド(31)を前記長手方向の溝(34)の中に配置する工程と、
短絡環(32)を、前記円筒形コア(30)の前記円錐部分に取り付ける工程と
熱を加え、かつ押圧力を少なくとも前記導電ロッド(31)に加えることで、前記導電ロッド(31)を前記円筒形コア(30)に結合する工程と
を含む電動機用の回転子の製造方法。 - 前記短絡環(32)の半径方向内方の側に拡散材料としてのニッケルを付け、加熱と加圧を行うことにより、前記短絡環(32)を、前記導電ロッド(31)と前記円筒形コア(30)に結合する請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記拡散材料としてのニッケルを、電気メッキにより付ける請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記導電ロッド(31)と前記短絡環(32)を、前記の加熱および加圧を行う間、真空状態に保つ請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記導電ロッド(31)と前記短絡環(32)との周りに、気密の円筒形カプセルを嵌める工程と、
前記円筒形カプセルの軸端を、前記円筒形コア(30)に気密に結合する工程と、
前記気密の円筒形カプセルの内部を真空にする工程と
を更に含む請求項14記載の方法。 - 保護層を、熱を用いて前記回転子(6)の半径方向外方の表面に付ける工程を更に含む請求項11から15の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記熱を用いて保護層を付ける工程が、爆発クラッド法を含む請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記保護層に封止材料が付けられる請求項16又は17記載の方法。
- 請求項11から18の1つに記載の方法で電動機(4)用の回転子(6)を製造する工程と、
電動機(4)用の前記回転子(6)を、遠心圧縮機(1)用の回転子(2)に連結する工程と
を含む遠心圧縮機(1)用の連なる共通の回転子(10)の製造方法。
