電動機用の回転子を製作する工程、および
電動機用の回転子を、遠心圧縮機用の回転子に連結する工程。
Claims (22)
- コア材料から作られて、円筒体軸線に平行に延びている長手方向の複数の溝(34)を持っている円筒形のコア(30)と、
導電性材料から作られて、前記長手方向の溝(34)の中に設けられている導電ロッド(31)と、
前記導電ロッド(31)の軸端を導通可能に互いに接続する2つの短絡環(32)と
を含む電動機(4)用の回転子(6)であって、
拡散材料を含む拡散層(40、41、42)が、前記導電ロッド(31)と、前記円筒形コア(30)との間に延びている電動機(4)用の回転子。 - 前記拡散層(40、41、42)が、各々少なくとも2つの領域(40、41)からなり、前記第1の領域(40)が、前記円筒形コア(30)に相接し、かつ前記コア材料と前記拡散材料を共に含み、かつ前記第2の領域(41)が、前記導電ロッド(31)に相接し、前記導電性材料と前記拡散材料を両方とも含む請求項1記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 前記拡散材料がニッケルを含む請求項1又は2記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 前記円筒形コア(30)と前記導電ロッド(31)が、前記導電ロッド(31)の少なくとも1つの軸端の場所に円錐テーパー付きの部分を含み、かつ対応する短絡環(32)が、その半径方向内方の側に、相補形状の部分を含む請求項1から3の1つに記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 前記円筒形コア(30)の周りに延びていて、かつ軸方向に前記短絡環(32)を保持する2つの端絡環(33)も備えている請求項1から4の1つに記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 前記端絡環(33)が、それらの外方の側に、釣り合い開口を持っている請求項5記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 前記導電ロッド(31)が、2つの平行な壁面を含む請求項1から6の1つに記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 保護層を持っている請求項1から7の1つに記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 前記保護層が、金属を含む請求項8記載の電動機(4)用の回転子。
- 請求項1から9の1つに記載の回転子(6)と固定子(5)とを含む電動機。
- 気体を圧縮する遠心圧縮機(1)と、請求項10記載の電動機(4)とを含む圧縮機ユニット。
- 前記電動機(4)用の前記回転子(6)と前記遠心圧縮機(1)の回転子(6)が、同軸的に互いに固定状態に連結された請求項11記載の圧縮機ユニット。
- 略円筒形のコア(30)に、長手方向の溝(34)を付ける工程と、
拡散材料を、前記長手方向の溝(34)の中および/又は前記導電ロッド(31)上に付ける工程と、
前記導電ロッド(31)を前記長手方向の溝(34)の中に配置する工程と、
熱を加え、かつ押圧力を少なくとも前記導電ロッド(31)に加えることで、前記導電ロッド(31)を前記円筒形コア(30)に結合する工程と
を含む電動機用の回転子の製造方法。 - 前記円筒形コア(30)を、前記長手方向の溝(34)の少なくとも1つの軸端の場所で円錐形に加工する工程と、
前記導電ロッド(31)の少なくとも1つの軸端を、前記円筒形コア(30)の前記円錐外形に一致する実質的に傾斜した端部に作る工程と、
短絡環(32)を、前記円筒形コア(30)の前記円錐部分に取り付ける工程と
を更に含む請求項13記載の方法。 - 前記短絡環(32)の半径方向内方の側に拡散材料を付け、加熱と加圧を行うことことにより、前記短絡環(32)を、前記導電ロッド(31)と前記円筒形コア(30)に結合する請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記拡散材料を、電気メッキにより付ける請求項13から15の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記導電ロッド(31)と前記端絡環(33)を、前記の加熱および加圧工程の間、真空状態に保つ請求項13から16の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記導電ロッド(31)と前記随意の端絡環(33)との周りに、気密の円筒形カプセルを嵌める工程と、
前記円筒形カプセルの軸端を、前記円筒形コア(30)に気密に結合する工程と、
前記気密の円筒形カプセルの内部を真空にする工程と
を更に含む請求項17記載の方法。 - 保護層を、熱を用いて前記回転子(6)に付ける工程を更に含む請求項13から18の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記熱を用いて付ける工程が、爆発クラッド法を含む請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記保護層に封止材料が付けられる請求項19又は20記載の方法。
- 請求項13から21の1つに記載の方法で電動機(4)用の回転子(6)を製造する工程と、
電動機(4)用の前記回転子(6)を、遠心圧縮機(1)用の回転子(2)に連結する工程と
を含む遠心圧縮機(1)用の連なる共通の回転子(10)の製造方法。
