Abstract

Se revelan numerosos arreglos para imanes permanentes que pueden enfocar el flujo producido por los imanes. Dependiendo de la aplicación particular en la cual se usan los diseños y técnicas revelados, se puede incrementar la eficiencia y confiabilidad al minimizar las fugas del flujo, incrementar la densidad de flujo máximo y formar los campos de flujo para mejorar la coercividad efectiva del flujo enfocando el arreglo de imán permanente cuando está cargado y para obtener voltajes y formas de onda de corriente confeccionados. Los conjuntos de imán revelados pueden ser incorporados a una máquina, tal como un motor/generador, que tiene devanados y pueden ser dispuestos para movimiento en relación con los devanados. El conjunto de imán puede ser montado sobre un soporte formado de uno o más materiales ferromagnéticos, tal como un hierro de soporte.
