Abstract

Die Leistungsdichte von Elektromotoren soll erhöht werden. Dazu wird eine elektrische Maschine mit einem Läufer (1) und einem Ständer (2) vorgeschlagen, der koaxial mit dem Läufer angeordnet ist. Permanentmagnete (3) sind an einer dem Ständer (2) zugewandten Seite des Läufers (1) angeordnet. Zwischen dem Läufer (1) und dem Ständer (2) besteht ein Spalt (6). Der Läufer (1) weist an den dem Ständer (2) zugewandten Seiten der Permanentmagnete (3) einen rohrförmigen Dämpferschirm (5) aus elektrisch leitendem und magnetisch nicht leitendem Material auf. Dadurch entstehen die Wirbelstromverluste in dem Dämpferschirm (5) und nicht in den Permanentmagneten (3), so dass sich diese weniger erwärmen.
