照射条件は、線量50KGy(5Mrad)、125V、ライン速度200m/分であった。こうして、図1の構造の化粧紙10を作製した。
実施例1において、電離放射線硬化型モノマー(ペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート50重量部、エトキシ化トリメチロールプロパン(メタ)アクリレート50重量部)のかわりに、電離放射線硬化性水性オリゴマー(ジエチレングリコールジメタアクリレート100重量部)を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして化粧紙を作製した。
実施例1において、シーラー層の水性ウレタン樹脂系塗料のかわりに、油性ウレタン樹脂系塗料(大日本塗料(株)製「EX−7」)を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして化粧紙を作製した。
実施例1において、アミノ変性シリコーンオイル0.5重量部を入れなかった以外は実施例1と同様にして化粧紙を作製した。
実施例1〜8、比較例1〜3で作製した化粧紙を厚さ5mmのパーティクルボードに尿素系接着剤で接着して化粧板を得、各化粧板について、以下の性能評価を行った。
各化粧板の化粧紙に、1mm幅の桝目を25個カッターでつけた後、25mm幅のセロテープ(ニチバン(株)登録商標)をベンコットン(旭化成工業(株)製)を用いて貼付け、24時間放置後、セロテープ(ニチバン(株)登録商標)を水平に対して上方45度の角度で引っ張った。このとき、剥がれた桝目片の数5個以内を合格とした。
(a)耐酸性
各化粧板上に10%クエン酸水溶液を十分に含浸させた脱脂綿を置き、時計皿で覆い、18時間放置した。18時間後、その表面を脱脂綿で拭き取った後の表面状態を観察し、未処理のものと比較した。
クエン酸水溶液の代わりに10%アンモニア水溶液を用いて、耐酸性評価と同様にして耐アルカリ性評価を行った。
クエン酸水溶液の代わりにイソプロピルアルコールと水との体積比70:30の混合物を用いて、耐酸性評価と同様にして耐溶剤性評価を行った。
クエン酸水溶液の代わりに紫色染料インキ(アルコール溶剤系)を用いて、耐酸性評価と同様にして耐染着性評価を行った。

Claims (6)
- 化粧紙基材と、前記化粧紙基材上に設けられ、水性接着剤により提供されるシーラー層と、前記化粧紙基材に対し前記シーラー層よりも離れて設けられ、水性インキにより提供される絵柄層と、最上層としての表面保護層を備え、前記表面保護層は、樹脂形成成分としてオリゴマーおよびポリマーを含まないモノマーのみからなる電離放射線硬化性モノマーの硬化により形成されたマトリックス樹脂と前記マトリックス樹脂内に含有されたシリコーンオイルを含む汚染防止剤とを含むことを特徴とする化粧紙。
- 前記絵柄層と前記表面保護層との間に、(メタ)アクリル樹脂を主成分として含有するバインダー樹脂を含む水性接着剤により提供されるプライマー層を備える請求項1に記載の化粧紙。
- 前記絵柄層上に、前記絵柄層をパターン上に露出させる撥液層が設けられ、前記表面保護層が、前記絵柄層の前記パターン状露出部分上に選択的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の化粧紙。
- 前記表面保護層が、エンボスされている請求項1または2に記載の化粧紙。
- 前記モノマーが親水性を有しないことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の化粧紙。
- 前記シーラー層に硬化剤を含有してなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の化粧紙。
