Claims (3)
- シャフト部材の内部にダイナミックダンパと筒状に巻回されたペーパーダンパを収容したプロペラシャフトであって、
前記ダイナミックダンパは、径方向外側に位置するリング状部材と、前記リング状部材の径方向内側に位置して弾性保持されたウエイト部材と、を有し、
前記ペーパーダンパは、前記シャフト部材に収容された状態で、径方向外側に位置した外側ペーパー部と、前記外側ペーパー部の径方向内側に位置した内側ペーパー部と、を有し、
前記外側ペーパー部が前記内側ペーパー部よりも前記ダイナミックダンパ側に延在するように長く構成され、
前記外側ペーパー部が前記リング状部材と接触することにより、前記内側ペーパー部の前記ウエイト部材に対する接触が阻止されることを特徴とするプロペラシャフト。 - 前記ペーパーダンパは、前記外側ペーパー部を構成し前記ペーパーダンパを展開した状態で全体として方形状に形成された外側方形部と、前記内側ペーパー部を構成し前記ペーパーダンパを展開した状態で前記外側方形部と連続して形成されかつ全体として方形状に形成された内側方形部と、を有し、
前記外側方形部の前記内側方形部側に位置する一方側端部から前記一方側端部と対向する他方側端部にわたる寸法と、前記内側方形部の前記外側方形部側に位置する一方側端部から前記一方側端部と対向する他方側端部にわたる寸法が、前記シャフト部材の内周長の略整数倍であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロペラシャフト。 - 前記ペーパーダンパは、前記外側ペーパー部を構成し前記ペーパーダンパを展開した状態で全体として方形状に形成された外側方形部と、前記内側ペーパー部を構成し前記ペーパーダンパを展開した状態で前記外側方形部と連続して形成されかつ全体として方形状に形成された内側方形部と、を有し、
前記外側方形部の前記内側方形部側に位置する一方側端部から前記一方側端部と対向する他方側端部にわたる寸法と、前記内側方形部の前記外側方形部側に位置する一方側端部から前記一方側端部と対向する他方側端部にわたる寸法が、略同じ寸法であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロペラシャフト。
